DI NO IRDER FRON THI COMPANY!!! Absolutely no customer service, never received the order I payed for, and was unable to get any customer service. They are a fraud, and crooks. Not part of BBB, and it shows.

Jewelry was junk. I returned it, never received a refund. Everytime I submit a help request I get the same return instructions (I followed them the first time) as a response. Their customer service is some sort of robot/ AI and I cannot get a human response.

Awful. All the way around. I ordered 2 rings and when they showed up they looked like they came from a gumball machine for kids. A $72 gumball machine. The return process is almost non existent. I had to scour the site in order to find an email address to write to about returning. I did this FOUR times. Finally after 3.5 weeks I disputed the charge with my bank because the company said they were returnable but never responded. Only after the dispute did I hear back from Alex and Ani. They asked me to return the items, which I did. But the charges were never reversed. Pitiful excuse for a company that used to make some cute things. No wonder their stores went out of business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Not happy at all with Alex and Ani. I ordered a bracelet online for a gift and nowhere did it describe if it came with a box. I had to email them to find out. Turns out non of the items come in a box, you have to purchase it for $3.00. Since it was for a gift, I purchased a box. It only seemed right to give a gift that has a brand name in it’s own box. I received the bracelet, the quality and the design was not as expected so I returned the entire order. They do not refund you for the box. What am I suppose to do with an empty box that has the name Alex and Ani on it? The $3.00 may not be much, but it’s the principal. The way they run the business, it’s no wonder their physical stores have closed. After this experience, who wants to order from them again. Good luck with your online shopping platform.

A year ago, I placed a large order to sell in my Ebay store. I have had them in storage, in their boxes, tags affixed. I just went through them all yesterday and THEY ARE ALL TARNISHED and SMELL BAD. I have wasted 100+dollars on this substandard expensive crap. I'm a day late on the warranty and they won't do anything for me. I will never shop this brand again.

I had a terrible experience with ALEX AND ANI. I mistakenly purchased the wrong bracelet and attempted to contact the company less than an hour after my purchase to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the only option available was to reach out via email. Despite my prompt contact, I was told that I couldn't cancel my order and would have to wait to receive the merchandise before I could initiate a return.

Upon receiving the items, I followed their return instructions meticulously. However, I was only refunded for one of the three items I had purchased. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from ALEX AND ANI.

Their customer service and business practice is terrible!! I placed an order, about an hour in after placing the order I decided to cancel. I sent them an email and was responded to right away that the order cannot be canceled I would need to return it once I receive it. I responded that the order was just placed and has not even processed or shipped yet. I also let them know I don’t have a printer to print the return label. I cannot be running around to return things as I am currently disabled due to major heart surgery. Nope didn’t make a difference they simply don’t care. Still emailed me the label and the merchandise was shipped 4 days later. So they could’ve cancelled the order with no problem. It’s no wonder they went out of business!!!! I will never order another thing from Alex & Ani!!!!! Horrible business!!!

I purchased 5 different bracelets back in February. One of the bracelets broke after wearing it only a few times. I immediately went to the website and followed all the steps. Took very clear pictures and filled out the form sending it to the website. Received an email back saying someone would be in touch and I never heard a thing. I’ve called 3 separate times and only hear a message saying to email the company and it disconnects. I’m not even able to leave a message. In total, I have emailed 3 times only hearing back the first time.

BOUGHT ABOT 7 OF THE BRACELETS-THE CHARMS ARE OK BUT THE BRACELETS HAVE DISCOLORED-THEY HAVE ONLY BEEN WORN ABOUT 5 TIMES-USED THEIR CLEANING CLOTH- NO RESULTS-YES THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE MADE OF RECICLED METAL BUT THEY DONT LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE DISCOLORATION- NOT A GOOD SITUATION ESPECIALLY IF YOU GIVE THE BRACELET TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT

I bought an alex and ani bracelets with an army charm on it. Within 1week the charm fell off and it was not gold anymore; it tarnished and looked like brass. I bought it at a store in st.augustine while on vacation, but the lady said they don't tarnish, but she lied to me. I will never buy another alex and ani bracelet, because they are not worth what they charge you for. I expected Quality,but didn't get any.

WHAT A SHAME. I ordered bracelets back in December and NEVER received them. I got an email stating I was getting refunded multiple times because they didnt have the bracelets. Not even asking if i want a replacement or anything!!! Then they were supposed to priority ship the last few amount of bracelets to me and I NEVER GOT THOSE AS WELL. BETTER OFF SHOPPING AT PANDORA. ATLEAST YOU KNOW ITS REAL AND SHIPPING WILL SHIP!! Totally SUCKS.

Tried to write this review on their website wouldn't work. Also looking at past reviews for three stars shows 5 stars with review, deceptive.
Ordered (Cross Clip Bangle)for the wife and very disappointed. She is not able to close the bracelet, very stiff. Picture shows cross attached to a hoop. Mine came separate with a tiny and I mean tiny wire to attach the cross to the hoop. The cross fell off twice already just a matter of time before it's lost. She owns several Alex + Ani bracelets which she like but this one is not one of them. Not able to return locally is also a disappointment

They keep canceling orders long after orders are made saying they ran out. Extremely unprofessional customer service. This has happened multiple times and they just send an email saying we enjoyed you having you shop with us. What a waste of time really

I purchased an adjustable birthstone ring this November . I've noticed one of stones is gone. This jewelry is not that cheap that this should have happened and so quickly. Disappointed!!

I ordered a bracelet November 26th and received notification of a tracking number November 27th. No shipping was updated as of December 17th so I sent them a message - I didn’t hear back from them but received a refund notice on December 18th which is frustrating a week before Christmas.

Have an @AlexandAni bracelet and it's charms mysteriously fall off for no reason + it's so tarnished/stripping its coating that i can't even wear it and call it a 'LOOK' ..

Horrible experience!! I was waiting for the order 3 weeks, i contacted them several times, no answers, one of the items was no longer available and they charged me for it! Horrible i am not buying anymore

Ordered a gift on 8/6. Didn’t receive it until 9/1. However, the item is NOT what I ordered… had to contact customer service so many times for this order and they still can’t get it right… so pissed!!!

After waiting so long to receive it I ordered two bracelets one wasn’t in the package like the other one it tarnished I’m so disappointed I will never purchase from them again

It’s a scam for that promotion code spend $50 and get $25 coupon code for a future order.
For one, there is nothing stated that you can’t use a coupon code on your order because you wouldn’t qualify for that promotion.
I placed my order and I made sure even after using my coupon code my order totaled $55.
After placing my order I called customer service because I never received my $25 coupon code and the woman told me I don’t qualify because I used a coupon code even though my order met ever stipulation the promotion stated. The woman proceeded to tell me it’s not stated on the promotion details but it’s not the website somewhere .
What a joke! Never again
