I love everything about this. Except one thing. The 5 minute max record time. Makes editing take so much longer. Other than that this thing is a great beginner 360 camera.

Great products, ⅓ of the price of buying a gopro, bought an accessories kit that has way more than I need to mount my cameras whether its on my body, or RC cars, or boats to bikes and so on. Customer service has been amazing as well. Hands down my go to for action cameras and accessories. Thank you Akaso Team

Due to the shipping times i have not yet received my order, that being said, I have found the support from AKASO to be excellent. All questions have been answered very promptly. looking forward to the extra batteries for my camera.

I had an issue with the metal mount included in my AKASO 360 Cycling Combo. Unfortunately, the mount started to crack and break during my very first cycling ride. Fortunately, I noticed the damage before the camera fell, which potentially prevented more serious damage and a possible safety incident.

I contacted AKASO customer support, and I was very pleased with how seriously they handled the situation. The support team asked for photos and details about the problem and offered several solutions.

They worked with me to find a practical alternative while arranging a suitable resolution for the issue. I especially appreciate their communication, transparency, and willingness to help instead of simply asking me to wait for a replacement part.

The mount failure itself was disappointing, especially considering that it happened during the first use, but the customer service experience was excellent.
AKASO support team were polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

I hope AKASO can also look into the durability of this particular mount to prevent similar issues for other customers.

Overall, I am satisfied with how AKASO handled my case and would like to thank the support team for their assistance.

The entire experience I have when using your products has been first class all the way so far. These products are designed her versatility and easy functionality in several different areas and in many different uses. I have noticed this company continues to strive and designing more innovative products to adapt in real world scenarios when using AKASO cameras.

Cost me £5 for a replacement lens but £15 p&p and weeks of waiting which is daylight robbery

Edit after response: The $99 limit applies to the UK but not Europe and Europe gets 3 days delivery. The limit and delivery time is an arbitrary penalty for UK users which is why I wont be buying Akaso again.

Amazing quality for camera that cost 100 euros but i recommend buy a microphone if u want to have better microphone quality

Akaso camera EK7000 is in my view an excellent camera for everyday use,especially cycling. It is easy to use and comes with lots of useful extras in the box. Easy set up and provides a good picture quality on playback. If your looking for a low budget camera for everyday use look no further than this product range.

Difficile de maintenir la stabilité à main levée, devrait avoir un mécanisme de stabilisation.
À chaque lancement de l'appareil, j'obtiens l'erreur de carte-mémoire qui n'est pas conforme. Je dois l'extraire et la réinsérer pour que cela fonctionne. Zoom minimal trop grand, n'aide pas à la stabilité.
Très difficile de faire le focus, devrait y avoir un mécanisme d'aide à la mise au point ou un autofocus. Menu un peu déroutant. Lorsqu'on voit "Arrêter" à une option du menu, cela signifie en fait que l'option est activée. Écran trop lumineux la nuit même au plus bas. Toujours en vidéo au démarrage, Pas possible de choisir photo ou vidéo par défaut.
Même chose pour l'IR, toujours IA par défaut. Vide sa batterie trop rapidement.
L'app n'est pas très utile.
J'ai acheté cet appareil par curiosité. En rétrospective, c'est une dépense inutile.

Azienda vicina alle esigenze del cliente. Anche se ho sbagliato a fare un ordine, Akaso ha risolto il mio problema con estrema disponibilità.
