Poor Service
Arrived in Queenstown and wasn't allowed the vehicle I booked, despite checking in and giving all details, pictures, etc the day prior.
Offered no solution for alternative transport.
Asked for my deposit to be returned and was advised they don't refund due to cancellations within 48 hours. I advised it was not me that cancelled!
No refund yet.
Updated - refund has now come through after posting this review.
