No accountability or support when things go wrong
This third-party business model doesn't deliver. They are brokering car rentals and insurance with other companies, and are not accountable (or even contactable) when things go wrong.
I signed a contract for $480 with Airport Rentals and was charged $644 by Budget at the point of sale.
I emailed Airport Rentals several times over 3-months trying to get support (or at least an understanding as to why the price was so different) but have not had any response.
The inability to communicate with this company makes it impossible to rate them anything more than 1-star.
Also note that if you take out insurance with this company, rather than directly with the company you will actually be renting off, you will cover the repair costs, including the large excess, until the repair is finalised with receipts, which can be many thousands of dollars over many months.
