Servicii profesioniste

I used AirClaim to resolve a flight delay. The entire process was transparent and easy to track, and the funds were transferred in strict accordance with the initial contract. Efficient communication and a reasonable resolution time. A reliable company!

Excellent
One of my suggestion is to provide the online tracking with login.
I faced issues to login and each time i need to send mail to get the status.
Otherwise the experience is good.

AirClaim - transparency

The claim was successful. I did not like the transparency of the company. It was stated that I will receive a feedback (positive or negative) about the situation after a period. I did not receive anything, only 1 day after I sent an email. The response was that the claim was approved(no information about the reimbursement value).

pretending I do not exist

Company spend the first year telling me the airline is not responding their emails and that there is nothing they can do. On the second year, Airclaim also stopped answering my emails including the revocation of my Power of Attorney which makes it impossible for me to talk directly to Lufthansa.

It is true that Lufthansa did not resolve your case amicably, but this is not something within our control. Your case is currently in the judicial stage, and once the complete case file is prepared, we will proceed with legal action against Lufthansa, if necessary.
