Airauto Rent-a-Car Arvostelua 

Another shocking report. I have to take some of the blame because for a number of issues on the flight, i was less than thorough in my inspection of the van. I should have video'd (my advice to everyone) the van as it was being inspected and paid more attention to the marks the van had. I was stung for 300 euros, no chance the damage was even close to that. The guy was walking around the van to the repair company (or his mate) laughing and pointing out every bump, not just the one i was accused of making before delivering my bill. I had no choice but to pay as they refused to release the 3000 euro deposit held on the Credit card, and of course I have a plane to catch. I have also just received a charge for using the A22 tolls, which is double my calculation of when i was actually on the road. According to them i spent most of my 2 weeks on the A22, driving up and down it. There are many other car rentals in P4, I am sure they all have their bad reports as well but I would absolutely avoid AirAuto. On to trying to get the refund on the tolls, whats the chances!!!

Absolute scammers. Have a dispute with credit card for a missing document charge of 130 euros! This was only told to us via the phone so no signed for agreement. Will never use again and advise you to avoid them!

rented a car from airauto 9th to 14th july. guy had quick look around with me when hiring although visibility was poor 8.30 pm. when i returned the car they found what i can only describe as a small line on a wheel arch and an old stonechip on front windscreen. they are con artists as they charged me 733.oo gbp for this damage which i did not cause and wouldn,t be a quarter of the fee they charged to fix . they also charged 25 and 50 euro when i first hired it for being late ansd a hire fee ??? i have a dispute on my credit card with them, but please take my advice , go to a top reputable company instead of these wasters.. this was in faro portugal 2018 .. so very recent

First you need to go to the end of parking lot P4 not to rent a car but to wait in line 25 minutes for pick up... to car rental destination, there you wait another 15 minutes for car rental... but worst experience were at car return! They do everything to charge you extra charges... as I drove very carefuly they could not find any new scratches on the car so decided to charge me 40 EUR for extreme dirt of the car...
External dirt was explained by... sand on the wipers...
I said I can clean that easily and anyway I expect you give a car for car wash before new user comes
By the way I rented car for 17 days and they expect me to go tomcat was before return!!!! Horrible customer experience!!! Never again!!!

Booked a car through DYS at an amazingly low price of €45 for the week with AirAuto, picked up the transfer from P4 driver was very informative and helpful, at the desk very quick professional service, no push to take extra insurance and even though vehicle on had 1,500km on the clock they marked down every small mark. Vehicle had lots of extras and was in great condition and no hassle returning it a week later, the damage money blocked on my credit card was unlocked in 24 hours, great service thanks to the AirAuto team.

i booked a car hire through CarDelMar for 3 months in portugal with Airauto Rent-a-Car this was broken down into 3 hires when i arrived at there depot a bus trip from faro airport of 5 minutes it was very busy but they got through them fairly quickly and they soon had me sorted they explained everything in good English and a got a car 4 months old with no scratches or bumps i explained that i had to 3 more car hires they said i would keep the car for the whole 3 months subject to it needing a service or a fault of i went and returned a month later they very quickly took the old paperwork issued me with new and of i went .i did this for the next month and then returned the car washed and hoovered they give it a quick look over returned my paper work and told me everything was ok and a bus was waiting to take us to the airport dropped outside departures they were very good and will always use in future
