Non rispondono mai a telefono e due ore che gli chiamo

Very unfriendly and rude staff overall. Being a woman myself, I'm sorry to say that specially female staff was very rude and not willing to inform me, help or answer questions. At the checkin, the airline information centre, and managers too.
Flight attendants were very kind and helpful.
Planes are far from satisfactory, as they are Turkish Airlines old planes, with a change in logo.
They operate Turkish Airline flights and charge for such, but have nothing in common with TA quality.
On top of that, they mistagged one of my suitcases and put another passenger's name on it.

Das Airline hat alle Flüge von und nach Düsseldorf storniert . Meine Familie und ich mussten zusehen , wie wir in den Urlaub fliegen . Keine Alternative Flüge . Garnicht um uns gekümmert.

Ho voltato con air Albania a settembre. Esperienza super positiva. Aereo puntuale e pulito. Ci hanno anche offerto un panino ed una bibita

Pensi sempre “a me non succederà questo!” E invece…sei a valona che sorseggi un cocktail e ti arriva una mail (a 5 gg dalla partenza UNA MAIL) che dice “caro passeggero ti abbiamo cancellato il volo”.
Nessuna spiegazione!Tutto rigorosamente in albanese e in inglese! Come opzione: cambio data, o cambio ora, o rimborso biglietto! Danno un numero lo chiami, e l’operatrice che parla solo albanese o inglese,chiedi perché è stato cancellato: perché non c’erano abbastanza passeggeri! Ok! ti cambia il volo! Ok! Chiedo, Ma la notte in più che faccio,chi la paga? La risposta: come scritto sulla mail le opzioni sono quelle descritte. Ti abbiamo cambiato data!

I have recieved an email regarding my booking on november which says the schedule is change and if I do not accept I will get refund and of there is another flight with the same reservation it could be refunded upon my request via customer service. However when I call customer service to claim a refund they said I can’t. I was keep telling her that I have an email about it if not possible why I have recieved this email? She was like “aa did you get an email? Let me tell you your ticket rules” and she started to read ticket rules. I already know the ticket rules however they gave me two options re-accommodation or refund. But she was insisted on not to the anyhong regarding the email. I dont think she knows anything about this situation.

Great service, lots of leg space. Always on time. Free food and drinks. Best Airline.
Cabin Crews very friendly and professional.

Pessima compagnia aerea…non solo mi cancella il volo ,ma poi devo comunque contattare io il loro servizio clienti per concordare un altra data per poi sentirmi dire che mi è stato segnato un volo dal SISTEMA in automatico!!! Cioè senza nemmeno avere la possibilità di riorganizzarmi al lavoro… E ovviamente oltre il danno anche la beffa : per poter parlare con il servizio clienti devi chiamare un numero a pagamento dove l’operatore puntualmente ti lascia in attesa per diverse decine di minuti e alla fine senza darti una soluzione ti lascia la comunicazione aperta e rimane in silenzio fino a quando non esaurisci il credito telefonico . Do una stella perché 0 non si può …non viaggiate con loro , non dano assistenza in nessun modo.

Non ho parole per descrivere il disservizio di Air Albania a Milano Malpensa dove da tre giorni cerco di contattare il numero indicato senza nessuna risposta. All’arrivo a Tirana apprendo che il mio bagaglio era rimasto in Aeroporto a Milano, qui mi devo fermare una settimana, mi rivolgo immediatamente al Lost & Found e l’incarico to oltre che a compilarmi il Pir non mi da nessuna indicazione di modalità di consegna e/o tempi per cui senza nemmeno un pigiama mi appresto ad una vacanza che e’ diventata un incubo arrivo a Tirana sabato alle 18.00 e dovevo andare. ksamil 4 ore circa di macchina avevo forse il tempo di fare shopping? Non lo avevo programmato!! Da ieri che cerco invano di contattare Malpensa ma pure Sea è’ attivo dal lunedì al venerdì così a domenica notte non so nemmeno se il bagaglio e’ partito. Farò il reclamo chiederò il rimborso ma la vacanza rovinata chi ne la rimborsa? Direi che prima ho chiuso con Milano Malpensa e soprattutto con AirAlbania

Scarsi Non solo hanno cancellato il volo 7 giorni prima della partenza, ma bisogna aspettare 20 giorni per il rimborso...vergognosi...non prenotate

Dal primo momento che io ho fatto il biglietto e anche quando mi sono recata al check-in 14 agosto e il ritorno 31 agosto tutto lo staff dal primo momento sono stati educati gentili e pazienti con me. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio a bordo panino caldo (anche se per varie intolleranze alimentari non ho potuto mangiarlo ) ! Unica nota negativa che metto è quella per aver tolto il bagaglio in stiva gratis.
Ci vediamo sicuramente la prossima volta che andrò in Albania. I miei complimenti a tutti. La partenza e il ritorno sono stati in perfetto orario.Mi sono state date tutte le info che ho chiesto in Albanese/Inglese/Italiano.Ahhh..per dirla tutta il mio biglietto è stato acquistato il 31aprile ..e non ho avuto nessun problema.

Before traveling to Albania, I sent several emails attaching my documents to inquire whether I needed a visa to travel there. They replied that I could travel with my documents without a visa. However, they sent me back from Tirana airport with the police, and they didn't even allow me to retrieve my luggage.
There were still 2 hours left before the plane departed, and they wanted me to board without my luggage. On the plane, the flight attendants treated me as if I were a prisoner. They made me sit on a dirty seat, and I was in the bathroom when they kept knocking, asking me to come out immediately.
I lost a lot of money on hotels, tickets, and rental cars that I had booked.
I am deeply sorry for their country, which doesn't know how to treat a tourist, and I'm sorry because they gave me wrong information that ruined my vacation and cost me my money. Furthermore, I was traveling with my Italian partner, who, also due to their wrong information, had to take another emergency flight and return to Milan.
I thought that an embassy of a country was an institution to trust and where one could obtain true and useful information, especially for traveling to that country!

Prossima volta ci penso due volte prima di prenotare con loro.In due mesi,due voli cambiati.Ho dovuto prendere il taxi per 100 km.perché il mio secondo volo era anticipato di 13 ore.Fatte molta attenzione!

PESSIMO, E NON E' LA PRIMA VOLTA.
VIAGGIO MOLTO SPESSO PER ANDARE IN ALBANIA PER LAVORO MA QUESTA COMPAGNIA E' UNA VERGOGNA , CON COLLABORATORI MALEDUCATI E AGGRESSIVI. IN CASO DI SCIOPERO NON AVVISANO NE ANCHE , E' GIA' DUE VOLTE CHE MI SONO RECATA IN AEROPORTO SENZA SAPERE CHE IL VOLO ERA STATO CANCELLATO, AFFRONTANDO SPESE ESORBITANTI PER MACCHINA CASA IN AFFITTO BENZINA CIBO E NONOSTANTE AVESSI MANDATO DIVERSE EMAIL NON HO ANCORA RICEVUTO RISPOSTA. SONO SEMPRE IN RITARDO, VUOI MAGARI FARE QUALCHE CANCELLAZIONE O MODIFICA DI DATA NON RISPONDONO NE ANCHE E IL SITO NON FUNZIONA.
SOLDI A PALATE BUTTATI VIA ED ESSERE TRATTATO ANCHE MALE NON E' GIUSTO.
COMUNQUE IL MIO CONSIGLIO E': SPENDETE DI PIU' CON COMPAGNIE SERIE PIUTTOSTO CHE AVERE BRUTTE ESPERIENZE CON QUESTI QUA CHE NON SANNO NEMMENO DOVE STA L'EDUCAZIONE.

Prenotato volo a Febbraio per le vacanze di Agosto, a Maggio mi cambiano l' orario del volo di ritorno (Dalle 13:15 alle 21:20) il 6 di giugno mi informano che è cambiato l' orario di andata , ma mi cambiano anche il numero di volo ....
Il volo precedente comunque c'e ancora ... costa solo 200 € in più ... Complimenti per la professionalità

Cancelled 10 days before my holiday citing 'operational reasons'. Hugely stressful and spent x4 as much getting last minute Wizzair flights.

Volo cancellato per Tirana, mi viene detto che il rimborso può essere richiesto solo telefonicamente e il numero fornito sembra essere disconnesso. Quindi soldi persi senza aver usfruito di nessun servizio
