Airalbania Arvostelua 

Il volo di andata mi è stato spostato dal mattino alle 2230 di sera. Ho dovuto prenotare con altro vettore. 3 giorni prima del ritorno mi avvisano che il volo è stato cancellato. Peccato che sul loro sito appare ed è Soldi out. Anche in questo caso ho dovuto prenotare con altro vettore con costi doppi visto la prossimità del viaggio.

Horrible experience
The fly was delayed for 8 hours without any reason. We didn’t take an email before!Me and my three month baby had a bad experience!

First time flying this airline and will be the last time flying it also. Worst costumer service, horrible communication with delay lasting 4+ hours without any explanation. As a result missed the connection and not only will I not arrive at my destination for another 28 hours, but we’re left to figure it out ourselves. I wouldn’t fly with them again if the fare was free let alone pay for it. Would not recommend flying this airline to anyone. More or less it’s a bunch of inexperienced employees without any management. Stay away unless you like sitting around at airports to wait for nothing.

I have waited more than 10 h in airport and they didn’t give me a reason and i didnt took any answer in email for the refund that i must take from Air Albania

Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di questa compagnia aerea mercoledì 24 aprile 2024 per la prima volta. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti. Siamo partiti in orario ed atterrati in anticipo. Lo staff molto competente ed educato (anche il pilota che mentre salivamo ci ha salutato con la mano), abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto anche il fatto che ci siano stati offerti panini e bevande. Ci auguriamo di ricevere lo stesso tipo di gentilezza, puntualità e attenzione al cliente anche durante il viaggio di ritorno. Auguriamo invece a tutto lo staff ed al personale una buona continuazione lavorativa e tanta fortuna!

It was a really great stadium amazing atmosphere but the were a lot of people in the toilets in second half and the food was great but the seats were good and not dirty but the toilets give it one star down amazing

Last Saturday we had a flight from Istanbul’s airport to Tirana Int. At 10:50pm there was no announcement of the counter even few minutes before the flight. We went many times to information and the counter man assumed a delay, but the airline did not give a single information. We were late, and the board had a confused message “ go to the counter “ but no counter number. Everybody was so upset and worried. Lack of seriousness from this airline. I will try to avoid it at any cost in the future.

From the initial departure time, Air Albania was delayed for over 6 hours, then another 6 hours, then another 4 hours. During this time, passengers were left without guarantees or explanations for almost 12 hours because there was no special Air Albania staff at the Istanbul airport. They did not allow me to pass through the gate even though I had an official boarding pass. So, I was not allowed to board the flight even though I had an official boarding pass.
I am still applying for a delay certificate, but Air Albania has never accepted it.
Perhaps Air Albania is the worst airline in the world.

Most horrible experience ever!

March 16 we had the return from Tirana to Washington DC. The flight of 7:25 am. Together with 150 passengers already there since 5 am , were told that the flight will delayed for 2 hours. After 2 hours they said we have to wait a bit more and more and more.

After many hours of waiting, around 4 pm they showed as cancelled. We called Turkish Airlines to get the refund, they said that they dont see the flight as cancelled in their system. So no refund either :( Turkish Airlines blaiming Air Albania and Air Albania redirecting the issue refund to Turkish. No solution!

We ended up to book other tickets with Luftansa! We spend 1835 $ (for 2 return tickets ) to get back home! This time Turkish Airlines and Air Albania won but never ever again! These companies should go bankcorrupt of stealing money from people!

Also since Turkey is not in EU, doesnt follow any EU regulations regarding the refunds. SO ABANDON TURKISH AIRLINES & AIR ALBANIA

I had a horrible experience with AirAlbania on March 16, 2024. The flight at 11:35Pm was cancelled with no reason for cancellation. The hotel wasn't provided, as the so called Air Albania customer service said it's delayed for 4:30Am. Then it changed to 6:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 12:30 and again to 10:30 then at 2:00M. There was no explanation given and Turkish Airline customer services said that they didn't know and they have nothing to do with Air Albania. There was no customer service for Air Albania to talk to. We were 133 people on the first floor of the airport with little kids and older people with no answer to what could come next. If the flight will ever leave. The Air Albania customer service kept telling me the wrong information about the departure time that was completely off with what was showing in computers. When I asked to talk the manager she said " it's not possible". We finally all went upstairs at the Turkish customer service and started striking.
No answer, was given they finally brought sandwiches for everyone, and that offended lot of Albanian's as they were not there to beg for food. Finally lot's of people had to call a bus to start driving to Albania 17 hours. Since my ticket was from Turkish Airlines, I was sent to Greece, and then from Greece to Albania. As much as I want to support the country I was born in (Albania). I'll never fly air Albania again. I'll also never use Turkish Airlines, as they treated Albanian's really bad.

Wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, hätte ich -10 Punkte gegeben. Die reinste Katastrophe! Flug einfach storniert, dann auf Anfrage eine Rückbuchung bestätigt. Flug war über Lastminute.de gebucht weder Lastminute noch AirAlbania haben uns weitergeholfen.
Lastminute verweist auf AirAlbania, weil das angeblich nicht mehr ihre Verantwortung sei und AirAlbania kann man nicht erreichen und wenn, können die kein Englisch.
Die reinste Katastrophe. Wenn die so etwas könnten, würde ich sagen, die sollen sich schämen. Aber nein, Geld kassieren und sich verdrücken.
Echt Schade. Leute bleibt fern von AirAlbania. Kauft lieber bei seriösen großen Unternehmen, auch wenn es teurer wird. Hätte ich das auch wie sonst immer gemacht.

The purchase transaction amount for Istanbul airport to Albania / Tirana (06.40 am to 07.20 am) Tirana to Istanbul airport (18.55 pm to 21.35 pm) flight tickets for 2 people for the dates 06.06.2024 to 10.06.2024 is 208 Euros. The payment was made by me, but 'We are not able to proceed’ payment screen with the warning.

Although the payment was made and there is no PNR number or any confirmation notification that ticketing was made was received.

I made the relevant purchase from the air albania website.

very bad experience for several times, very uneducated flight attendants, we were traveling with two business friends and they accommodated two other people from economy to business as it seems their friends, without paying anything and above all after asking what they wanted to drink with we told him that we didn't pay for the food and that the food was planned only for business travelers, he offered it to their friends and after we asked for the food, he told us that he could only serve us breakfast and meanwhile we were flying in the evening. I would like to have another company for Istanbul that only pays influencers to take photos outside but also takes care of them during the flight..

They lost my luggage, took two week to find it back. They promised me a compensation of $390 but I never received it. Customer service is really really really bad!!

Parto da Milano malpensa per tirana il giorno 21/12/2023 tutto apposto, unica cosa che era in ritardo di mezz'ora e non e stato annunciato.
Il volo tutto bene ti danno da mangiare ed e tutto gratis.
Il problema nasce al ritorno 2/01/2024 al momento del check in mi hanno che le mie valigie superavano i 20kg quando io avevo pagato per 30kg 3 valigie sia andata che ritorno. Secondo il personale a loro risultava 20 kg. Cosi mi metto a chiamare l'agenzia, cosa pretendevano che pagavo in piu?
Loro nel frattempo fanno la "loro" verifica e mentre noi parliamo con la nostra agenzia, si risolve tutto ed e tutto apposto senza darci ulteriori spiegazioni. Secondo me ci volevano solo far pagare come sono soliti a fare nel aeroporto di tirana, ma essendo poi cmq nel torto e si sarebbe cmq confermato con le prove hanno lasciato subito stare.

They will leave you stranded. They will cancel a flight, delay the next flight, close it and not book you on the next one until you arrive to transit completely lost waiting for nothing.

Fly Alitalia, Lufthansa, European companies, you will not have this problem. Don't try to be cheap. I love Albania, but we are in the hands of thieves. One of them is this company. It's not even Albanian, it's Turkish Airlines but with 0 customer service. Their support number doesn't even work.

Ground staff in Albania airport for Al Albania airways . Specially manager for check in counter and junior staff too they all are very rude not helpful at all . Very bad experience and bad behaviour they having with other nationality. They throw the passport also on table . This is our country property and respectful for us . But they Albania staff don't care about it . Airport too small and WiFi only u can send SMS only when you try to call on what's app with airport WiFi it's too bad . I'm not really happy with Albania air ways staff .I won't recommend this to anyone . Wiz airways better then this.

Der Flug wurde storniert, ohne uns zu informieren. Keine Hilfe kein Support. Unfreundliche Dame am Air Albania Schalter in Tirana. Jetzt versuche ich mein Geld für den Flug zurück zu bekommen, erhalte aber keine Antwort von Air Albania.
