I wish I could give it a big fat 0 . Tirana, Albania is the worst airport ever. Especially Lufthansa airlines. If you are issued a free flight because of an involuntarily schedule change which is their policy to follow, they don’t ! . They leave you sit there in the airport for 3 days because they don't honor your booking price either. Everyone beware !

I never received my reimbursement for the damaged luggage. They sent me an email stating that it was sent for payment to their finance office but it's been over a year and a half and I haven't received anything.

Vol Tirana - Milan annulé du jour au lendemain et toujours aucun remboursement de perçu 7 mois après les faits malgré les multiples relances ... c'est une bande de voleurs ! Je viens d'envoyer une mise en demeure et m'apprête à porter plainte auprès de Albanian Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) si rien ne bouge. A fuir !

Pessimi, nessun servizio clienti in Italia, non rispondono alle mail e per assistenza puoi solo chiamare il loro ufficio in Albania con ovviamente i costi di una telefonata internazionale. E non ultimo nessun rimborso previsto per un ritardo superiore alle tre ore perché non rispettano il regolamento europeo in materia. Grandi!

Volo il 23 Novembre, cancellato il 2 giorni prima ed avvisato con una mail...inutile dire poi le 210 euro spese per fare il biglietto preso all'ultimo momento per poter tornare a Milano.

I had a very poor experience with Air Albania.
I booked a flight that was cancelled shortly after booking. The airline offered a rerouting, which I accepted, but that flight was also cancelled a few days later.
After the second cancellation, I contacted Air Albania and decided not to accept further rerouting due to uncertainty about whether the flight would operate. On 2 December, Air Albania sent me an email confirmation stating that my ticket had been refunded.
Despite this written confirmation, I have not received any refund, and my follow-up emails have remained unanswered.
Cancelling flights can happen, but cancelling twice and then confirming a refund that never arrives, with no further communication, is unacceptable.
I hope Air Albania improves its customer communication and refund handling, as this experience has caused unnecessary stress and delays.

Nje nga eksperiencat e mia me te keqia , preva bileten dhe me mori pagesen por sme lejonte te beja check in pasi thoshte qe PNR eshte gabim dhe kontaktoj me sherbimin e klienti pasi bileta ishte per te nesermen dhe thote nuk mund te konfirmoj pasi ska kaluar akoma pagesa dhe mua me iken 155 euro bilet , kam kontaktuar me to ne ane te telefonit po ashtu dhe me mail ku konfirmoj kalimin e pageses me nje levizje llogarie po ashtu pnr qe sma ka lejuar te beje check in dhe ato e pranojn por kur ju them per rimbursim jo skemi qe bejm kjo eshte kulmi dhe nqs jan falas sja vlen te priten me bileta ktu , kompani pa zgjidhje ku stafi jo ke te drejt por ste japim gje se jemi hajduta e then haptas

Vlucht tot 3 x geannuleerd zonder reden. Hadden verschillende hotels geboekt om er te verblijven maar door de te late annulering van Air Albanië niet meer kunnen annuleren helaas. Dossier opgestuurd naar hun. Tot en met heden geen terugbetaling ontvangen.
Verschillende malen gebeld met hun consumenten dienst zonder resultaat. Hadden hier een jaar naar uitgekeken. Helaas……Het kan toch niet dat zij hun verantwoordelijkheid niet opnemen. Ze zijn met klanten bezig. Mijn echtgenoot heeft een dego van Albanië gekregen. Als daar alles zo geregeld is dan zijn de toeristen goed af. Dit kan toch niet in 2025!
Ik zal nooit Air Albanië aanbevelen! Hadden nochtans een annulering ontvangen ontvangen en een bevestiging dat onze vlucht zou terugbetaald worden! Niets is hiervan waar………..

Cancelled flight 2 times in a row and no customer help to get new flights. Terrible and never again. Don't support this company

Il m’ont annulé mon vol de Milan-Tirana au dernier moment.

I was travelling from Tirana on 31/8/2025. The flight delayed by 3hrs making ua miss our connecting flight from Istanbul to Manchester. Turkish airlines were even worse with customer support. They kept saying they were not responsible yet the original itinerary was with Turkish airlines. We were given alternative flights with a wait of 48hrs with 1 meal voucher and no accommodation. Mind you the ones with Albanian passport and uk/eu got accommodation. There was a next day flight which we were blankly refused. We had to buy this in our own. Have attempted to get a claim. No one seems to bother. If anyone can help get a solution would be grateful 🥹🥹🥹

I was impressed! I fly frequently around the world on different airlines, and I know what to expect from economy class. What impressed me was the space for your feet, the delicious complementary sandwiches, and the comfy seats with soft, adjustable headrests. It was a flight from Tirana to Istanbul on September 28th 2025. Really impressed! Keep it up!

Do not book this airline, they are crooks. They cancelled my flight a little over a week before and have not provided a refund. I wonder if the flight ever existed. The also won't respond to any of my emails. I wish I had checked this site in advance. What a negative impact they are going to have on Albanian tourism.

I had the worst experience with this airline. First, I bought through Turkish Airlines a plane ticket for departure on September 30th . On the 28th, they canceled my flight and offered to change it. I had to take another flight on October 1st in the early hours of the morning, so I had to travel on the 30th. I changed the flight to the same day, the 30th, just a few hours after my canceled flight. The time came and they delayed the flight by five hours, meaning I missed my connecting flight and had to buy another one. Air Albania offered no explanation for the delay, much less Turkish Airlines. They were all irresponsible. I lost $200 because of both airlines. Never again. Don't trust either of them. They don't respond. I requested compensation, but since these are flights outside the European Union, there's no compensation.

Hanno cancellato il volo 2 giorni prima della partenza. Ho dovuto prendere un'altro volo con altra compagnia con un prezzo molto più alto, visto che partivo il giorno dopo. Mi hanno rimborsato il biglietto ma c'ho rimesso comunque 150 euro. Non è la prima volta che lo fanno. Per loro è una pratica,se non si riempie l'aereo, lo cancellano.

Esperienza pessima con Air Albania.
Il mio volo è stato cancellato senza alcuna spiegazione, e ho richiesto il rimborso il 12 settembre. Dovevano restituirmi 62 euro entro due settimane, ma a oggi (14 ottobre) non ho ricevuto nulla.
Ho scritto numerose email (a cui nessuno risponde) e chiamato più volte, senza avere alcun aggiornamento utile. Ogni chiamata mi costa 5 euro, perché il numero non è europeo, e nonostante questo nessuno è in grado di fornire informazioni chiare o risolvere la situazione.
Un servizio clienti inesistente, un trattamento irrispettoso verso i passeggeri e una totale mancanza di trasparenza.
Non volerò mai più con Air Albania e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di farlo.

Flight was cancelled and refund was offered via email and call. Refund never came through and cannot get in contact about this. May offer cheaper flights but not worth the hassle. Very shit airline
