Airalbania Arvostelua 

Avevo prenotato un volo andata ritorno Da Milano a Tirana e viceversa, quello di andata e stato cancellato e mi hanno fatto scegliere un altra data causandomi problemi sul lavoro,organizzazione ecc.. quello di ritorno invece di partire alle 10.45 del mattino è partito alle 15 del pomeriggio . Pessima esperienza!e non siamo ancora entrati in pieno stagione. Immaginate come sarà!

Scandaloso arriviamo in aeroporto a Tirana e scopriamo che il volo è stato cancellato fortunatamente un volo che doveva partire x Milano alle 10,45 e ststo spostato alle 15,00 e quindi ci siamo messi lì, dovevamo andare a Bologna ma va be l'importante era arrivare in Italia, che dire non prendete questa compagnia e scandalosa

Arrivati in aeroporto scopriamo che il nostro volo non c’era più, non siamo mai stati avvisati. Scopriamo successivamente che dalle due partenze previste al giorno, la compagnia ha ridotto ad una partenza sola. Peccato che non abbia avvisato chi aveva già comprato i biglietti per il secondo volo della giornata. Ovviamente stessa cosa anche per il volo del ritorno.

Scandalosi...mai più questa compagnia di ****** che è una vera vergona..

The customer service is an absolute nightmare. I’m waiting for a refund because the flight was 5h late (it was in may 2024) and since almost 10montha, I’m fighting to get a refund! Every months I’m contacting them and they are sending each time the same message ‘your file has been sent to the finance service’ but I never heard of them!
I’ll never fly with them again.

Mi unisco alle recensioni negative. Due voli cancellati consecutivamente il 03 ed il 04 aprile 2025, senza che la compagnia aerea si facesse viva oppure offrisse una soluzione alternativa.
Sito scandaloso ed assistenza inesistente.
Confermo che una stella è anche troppo

Mi hanno cancellato il volo senza avvisarmi. Ho provato a chiamare ma non mi hanno ne proposto un altro volo e neanche rimborsato. Non si può fare niente! 270€ buttati.

Metto una stella perchè non posso metterne meno.
Il sito un vero e proprio obbrobrio, una roba mai vista prima con altre compagnie, sopratutto per essere nel 2025.
provi a prenotare e il sito si blocca in continuazione. Riprovi da capo e il prezzo aumenta ma non si riesce comunque a concludere la prenotazione perchè il sito si blocca ancora.
E' da una settimana che ci sto provando ma il sito si blocca quando hai quasi concluso la prenotazione e poi aumenta ancora. Il dubbio che la cosa venga fatta apposta è alto.
Che dire, avrei voluto prenotare con questa compagnia visto anche la scritta "l'orgoglio dell'Albania" ma penso che ci sia poco da essere orgogliosi.
Mi dispiace veramente tanto però sono veramente scandalosi!!

Cheaters. Never try buy a flights

Flight got canceled 12 hours before departure. Horrible service. If you have any other option, avoid!

I had made a reservation for Tirana and a few days before the flight was scheduled to depart, it was canceled and went two days later for no reason.

They overbooked our flight from Tirana to Istanbul by almost 15 person! It was at first of September. Then the other flight delayed 3 hours. They accept the pay compansation at October but they did not do it yet. Now they do not even answer my e-mails! It’s not okey!

Compagnia aerea scandalosa. Prenotazione per le 12 e 20 ed è stata spostata alle 21 con 3 slittamenti. Nessuno che comunica nulla e nessuno che si fa vedere per dare spiegazioni. Praticamente si passa una giornata intera in aereoporto per poi manco partire. Scandalosi è a dir poco. Truffate le persone. FATE PAGARE ANCHE TANTO PER IL VOSTRO SERVIZIO DI PENOSO.

Travelled on Air Albania Business Class from Tirana to Istanbul on October 5th, 2024. Neither of my checked bags arrived in Istanbul, and even though I emailed them the same day, I did not receive any communication from them until October 10th, two days after I returned home. I did purchase some essential items to get me through the three night stop over in Istanbul, but am still to receive compensation from Air Albania even though I have submitted a claim to their customer service email address. They are not only slow in responding to emails, but keep referring me to a non existent claim form on their website.

My business class trip was booked directly through Turkish Airlines, with the Tirana to Istanbul segment on Air Albania. Air Albania was negligent in not properly tagging my bags with Priority Labels, and took five days to even respond to my emails regarding the lost luggage. Airlines tag Business Class passengers' bags with Priority labels. If they were tagged properly, it is likely that the bags would have made it to Istanbul on my flight or at least the next day. My three day stop over vacation was ruined as each day I was anticipating that the bags would arrive. Air Albania has not so far compensated me for the cost of the items purchased, and all communication has ceased. The last email was on November 19th in which they advised me to contact Turkish Airlines for compensation!

I did not realize that other passengers too had experienced issues with Air Albania until I read their reviews. If Air Albania were to play in the international airline business, they should act in a responsible manner, and provide passengers the service they deserve. I would not have travelled with Air Albania if I had known that the level of service is so pathetic. After waiting patiently for over two months, and following several emails to them, I decided to write a review warning other passengers about Air Albania's pathetic customer service.

Volo del 02/11/2024, aereo in orario senza alcun ritardo. Personale super gentile e competente. Durante il volo, gesto molto apprezzato, ci hanno offerto bevande e panini. Sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo il biglietto aereo con questa compagnia.

Pessimi. Dopo avermi negato il volo a causa di overbooking (errata gestione da parte della compagnia) per un volo di metà agosto acquistato a gennaio, non mi è stato ancora pagato il rimborso per il disservizio. Continuano a mandare mail con lo stesso messaggio da più di tre mesi tanto che non so se c'è un operatore o se è un messaggio automatico.
Sicuramente non la sceglierò più come compagnia aerea.
Ad oggi 04/2026 sono praticamente spariti!! Continuo a sconsigliare caldamente questa compagnia aerea. Ce ne sono molte altre sicuramente più serie

My flight was cancelled and I was offered a refund as the only choice. After I insisted to be rebooked on another flight, they did. Passengers were allowed to go through the gate and then forced to wait on the tarmac for about an hour, as there was no plane to get onto. Then we arrived to destination without luggage, nobody's luggage was loaded onto the plane. Their customer service is just useless, countless emails and calls were either unanswered or they answered and lied. I am Albanian and am disgraced with my own country's airline which is actually just a subsidiary of Turkish Airline.

Do you self a favour and do not fly with Air Albania. First they cancelled our flight for which they send an email to say your flight has changed but all the new flight details were the same. It wasn’t until we called them that they said no that flight is cancelled and we can put you in an earlier flight if you like. So if we relied on the email we would have rocked up at the airport to find out flight was cancelled. Then they lost our luggages for flight Tirana to Istanbul (there were at least another 15 families on same flight with no luggages in Istanbul). 4 days later numerous emails and screenshots of where luggages are, numerous phone calls to the so called customer service line (which advises to just send email) and still not one email acknowledgment from air Albania to say we have received your email and are looking into it. Nothing! Not one automated response. The customer service line can only sell tickets, you can not speak to a manager, can not speak to anyone that can assist. The only response from customer service… send another email and we will reply as soon as possible. Obviously 4 days is not as soon as possible. I wonder what as soon as possible equates to for air Albania, a month, a year?
I myself am Albanian and i loved visiting my country, I encourage you to visit the beautiful country of Albania but do not use Air Albania.

If I had a chance not to give any stars I will. The worst customer service . I learned my flight was canceled with their albinia only when I got to the airport and they were saying we are not flying today. I had to purchase another ticket with a different company which it cost me a lot of money. This experience made me decide to get another airline when I go back to Albania.
