Disgusting company ! I booked flights from Geneva to Tirana, and two weeks before the trip, the airline canceled them for no reason. I've already sent three emails asking for a ticket refund. They have gone unanswered, no refund. Customer service doesn't exist. Avoid this airline at all costs.

Non prenotate... è una truffa. Cancellanomi voli e li spostano senza avvisare. Propongono rimborsi per il disservizio che non è mai arrivato

Ont décidé d'annuler notre vol aller retour Genève-Tirana / Tirana-Genève, sans aucune explication, aucun remboursement.
Je ne prendrais plus jamais aucun billet avec cette compagnie de voleurs.

Compagnia aerea assolutamente inaffidabile.A settembre dello scorso anno volo da Tirana Malpensa siamo arrivati a fare il check in il volo era sold out.Se non volevamo rimanere un altra settimana in Albania l unico volo che ci hanno proposto, è stato per il giorno dopo con arrivo a Torino Quest' anno 28 giugno pronti a partire da Milano Malpensa per Tirana, cancellano il volo di andata e anche quello di ritorno del 12 luglio. Quello del 28 giugno il giorno stesso è stato cancellato Nessuna spiegazione,nessuna proposta di un eventuale alternativa.Contattarli assolutamente impossibile non risponde nessuno né al telefono nemmeno via e-mail.Ora chiederò il rimborso ma non volero' mai più con air Albania.La sconsiglio a tutti.

They canceled our flight Brussels - Tirana without any explanation, without information how to obtain a refund. Reached out to customer care: zero reply. Zero help. And as it seems, also zero refund. Whatever you do, DO NOT book with Air Albania.

If there were a "zero star" option, I would select it. In February, there was a significant promotion campaign regarding a new direct route from Brussels to Tirana at an affordable price. We booked our tickets; however, the airline subsequently cancelled our flights 2 days ago without any explanation. Upon checking their website, I discovered that not only were our flights cancelled, but all flights from Brussels in July had been cancelled as well. As our trip was already planned, we booked with another company. Nevertheless, I am still attempting to obtain a refund from Air Albania. Despite sending three emails and making several attempts to contact Customer Service via phone, I have not been successful in reaching them!!!!!!!

Genjeshtar nr1 kemi rezervu biletat qe në muajin mars, edhe krejt pa dashje kam be nje telefon kompanis per nje pyetje per valixhe edhe ajo zonjusha pa pik zori me thot…. po jan te anulluara biletat e korrikut. Digusting company, 2 weeks before summer starts they decided to cancel everyone’s flights from Brussels to Tirana, this was a new flight they just started promoting!
Never ever gonna book anything with them again. Scammers!

They just canceled our trip, no reason, no apologies, no compensation!
In addition, will reimbursement will take up to 14 days!!!!
Never again!

The customer service is an absolute nightmare. I’m waiting for a refund because my flightcancellation on Mai 31 & juni 7th 2025. i also send them several mails, but my money ???. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH AIR ALBANIE !!!!!

Air Albania is not the one aye. They cancelled our flight the DAY of our trip from Milan-Tirana with no explanation or reschedule. The clerk at the desk simply shrugged his shoulders and said sorry, with no help pertaining to getting us another flight or a refund. NO reply from any customer service, their number doesn’t exist. They then cancelled our return flight 3 days later. Don’t book with them if you’re trying to plan a definitive itinerary. Wizzair or Ryanair are bad but at least you’ll get where you need to go.

My rigid luggage was broken from all the sides. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't received the reimbursement that the customer support agreed upon.

Ho sbagliato a leggere le comunicazioni e mi sono presentata in ritardo al volo e ho chiamato la Compagnia, che prima mi hanno chiamato loro per non spendere nella telefonata internazionale e dopo mi hanno pure ri-emmesso i biglietti senza costi aggiuntivi. Mi sento commossa da quest'accoglienza, quando dove ti giri ti trovi con servizi scadenti e assenza di empatia.

Volo di ritardo quasi 5 ore ,riusciamo a partire, perdiamo coincidenza che avevamo a Tirana ,per il ritardo di airalbania .
Allo sportello ci hanno detto di rivolgerci al numero e alle email ma non abbiamo mai avuto risposta ,state lontani da questa compagnia aerea

Pessimo, volo in ritardo di un’ora e non segnalato via e-mail.
Check in online non disponibile nel 2025. Compagnia impossibile da contattare telefonicamente, mai ricevuta risposta alle innumerevoli telefonate effettuate.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Se avessi avuto la possibilità avrei messo zero stelle. Pessima esperienza con questa compagnia. Prenoto il biglietto per i miei genitori anziani pensando fosse una compagnia seria. Dovevano volare da Tirana a Malpensa e viceversa tra due settimane. Si recano a Rinas Tirana e scoprono che il volo non c’è . Due anziani vano in panico. Il volo era anticipato in mattinata quando da programmazione era alla sera alle 19.00. Non non siamo mai stati avvisati. La sera precedente sono riuscita pure fare il check in ma dopo si bloccava il sistema e non riuscivo a stampare i biglietti.
I miei genitori sono stati aiutati e indirizzati al ufficio Air Albania in aeroporto e lì li hanno dato un altro biglietto per il giorno dopo e il ritorno posticipato di un giorno. ( sperando di non avere sorprese, visto che devono ancora tornare)
Sono dovuti andare in albergo a spese loro e persi le visite mediche programmate per il giorno dopo , perché venivano in Italia per cure mediche.
Che dire solo vergogna vergogna per questa compagnia. Tra l’altro non rispondono al servizio clienti che sarebbe 24 su 24. Le mail non vano a destinazione.

AirAlbania a annulé mon vol le 11 mars quelques heures avant. Depuis, j’attends mon remboursement, ils m’ont pourtant envoyé un mail de preuve de refund, mais n’ont jamais remboursé jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Je les ai appelé plus de 5 fois, ça m’a coûté 59eur dans mon abonnement et ils me disaient a chaque fois qu’ils allaient me rappeler, ils ne l’ont jamais fait ! j’ai également envoyé 6 mails depuis 1 mois, ils me répondent seulement aujd : vous devez appeler le service client. Ce même service client que j’ai appelé 5 fois et ne m’ont jamais rappelé en retour. C’est pitoyable. Je ne conseille cette compagnie à personne, j’ai vraiment le sentiment qu’ils essayent de me voler !
