The customer service department was so quick to respond to my email. I placed an ordered and by mistake shipped my order to the wrong address, I sent them a note and they immediately responded and corrected my mistake. Thank you so much the excellent customer service.

Saks, Bloomingdales, Rag & Bone and Frame are all having "friends & family" sales and some are even using the term "site-wide"--which is misleading--there are so many exclusions, many that seemingly have no rhyme or reason (as in no special collaboration or relevant exception). AG is having a friends and family 25% off EVERYTHING!!!--not just what they are trying to get rid of. And they refunded me the $10 return fee when I explained that I had already reordered another size. Their products are top-notch quality. Citizens and Agolde never have sales. I'm a big AG fan.

First off, I love AG jeans! Great fit and quality! I recently had an experience with customer service that I requested a price adjustment on a pair of Boyfriend jeans. I emailed customer service and they were exceptionally prompt in their response and accommodating. They issued the refund back to my credit card to honor the Friend and Family offer that just started. Superb customer service and attentiveness!

Been wearing AG Jeans clothing for years and have enjoyed their quality, fashion design and variety of offerings. All of their clothes are consistent in what to expect in sizing, versus other vendors where the same size varies by item. Customer service has always been friendly, informative and great to work with.

I am extremely upset with how my order was handled. I ordered a pair of jeans over a month ago, and when they arrived in the wrong size, I immediately returned them for an exchange. The return was lost in the mail, and I had to call multiple times. Every time I was told, “They will ship out tomorrow,” yet nothing ever came.

When I called again, I was told that when they “finally received” my return, there was supposedly blood in the “private” area, and they would not refund me. This is absolutely untrue. I never even tried the jeans on, and I most definitely did not bleed in them. To be accused of something like this was insulting and very unprofessional.

After arguing with them, they eventually agreed to refund me, but it should have never gotten to this point. This was handled poorly from start to finish, and I will not be ordering from this company again.

They went over and beyond to help me with my return problem. Love their jeans!

Got a pair of AG pants as a present and decided to put them in my closet for a special occasion. I finally planned a vacation and forgot I had them until I started packing so I grabbed them. When I got home, I washed them and noticed that the blue dye from the tag leaked off the label and stained the white pants. I reached out to the customer service because it was a manufacturing defect, and they told me that, since the product was over a year old, all they could offer me was a twenty percent coupon for another pair on their website. So I have a pair of pants that run $215 per pair that are ruined because of a manufacturing process and they give me a coupon so I can buy another pair on their website? I have multiple pair of AG pants and this has never happened so I was a little shocked. What happened to standing by your product, especially since it was a manufacturing defect? I did nothing but wear the pants and wash them as the label instructed. Thanks for the great customer service.

AG service is very responsive to answering questions and issues in lightning speed. Had an issue and customer service reacted in a positive way. I am 100% satisfied with this company.

My order was received promptly, and more importantly, when I had a question, their customer service team provided impeccable service and were delightful!

Bought two pairs of jeans from the outlet. One arrived smelling strongly of urine, so as a precaution I put them both in the washer. The fit was inaccurate from the sizing chart provided on the website, but since they were elastic waisted, with no belt loops, I could not cinch them up.

I sent an email to Adriano Goldschmied support requesting a size exchange, but since I had removed the tags to wash the pants my request was denied.

You’ve gotta hand it to them for making the process of dealing with contaminated jeans thoroughly obtuse.

Also, for final sale, pray that the provided size chart is accurate.

Contacted customer service as my order was shipped to MN and I am in CA. AG immediately contacted FedEx and corrected the situation.

I had an issue and the company responded promptly, was easy to work with and they were empathic with their solution. I love AG and highly recommend their product, and customer service. Their product is amazing quality, and I will keep purchasing their jeans.

Carrier delivered my order to the wrong address and when I reached out to AG Jeans they were very, very helpful. They got right on it and contacted the carrier then sent a replacement order the next day. I was worried about losing $ and time since my husband bought the pants for a trip next week. So grateful for their amazing customer service!
