I bought some of their products at my local Nordstrom. Loved the fit and the quality. Now that I know what I like I can order online.
I needed customer service for the first time recently and they came through for me exactly as you would hope.

First off, I love AG jeans. I think they have the BEST wash in the jean world. They have so much personality. I ordered the wrong size in my jeans and within 2 hrs. they got back to me, and they had fixed it for me. Most places say oh sorry it is already in processing, which I find always hard to believe. But AG did not and now I don't have to do the hassle of returning the wrong size. Thank you, AG, for great CS

I'm very happy with most of my purchases from AG Jeans, and if I wasn't happy it was only because the style wasn't right for me. I love their quality and the quick shipping. I recently had an issue printing a return label and Customer Service was quick to step up and email me a label which I was able to print. Will always be a loyal customer.

I messed up my shipping order address and I reached out to them within 12 hours. They had it corrected and saved me a tremendous headache. They are wonderful people.

I saw that my order was going to the incorrect address. Customer service immediately changed the address so I wouldn’t have any issues. I also just love the fit of the jeans. AG are my go to jeans. I own about a dozen pairs.

Ordered a pair of pull on jeans for full price. I sized up but they were still way too tight so I exchanged them for a larger size. Meanwhile, before I received the new pair, the jeans went on sale for a significantly lower price. I wrote to Customer Support and they immediately honored the sale price and refunded me the difference. I expect to like the jeans in the larger size.

I’ve been a fan of AG jeans for years. I recently ordered a pair and didn’t realize I had listed the wrong delivery address until after I submitted the order. I contacted customer service via email and they corrected the shipping address immediately. Thank you AG!

AG Jean Co. has shortened their low rise angel jeans and do not offer longs. It is so frustrating and I will never shop with them again. I was a devoted customer for years and then they altered length with no other options. They are far from dependable and far from reliable.

By far the most frustrating jeans merchandise. Inaccurate sizing and ridiculous return policy. Terrible customer service.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order. I've been a long-time customer and have noticed a decline in the quality of your clothing. I recently ordered two pairs of shorts via your catalog, which unfortunately did not fit well. I returned these unworn items, and tracking shows they were delivered to your facility on May 27th.

Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund. I have attempted to contact your customer service at the provided number, but have been unable to reach anyone. I would like to know when I can expect my refund to be processed?

If I could give 100 stars I would… We are so delighted with this purchase, we received the shirts earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise… The fabric is super soft and just amazing… They are such a perfect fit for my son, he’s a farmer and needs to move and stretch and not worry about whether or not his clothing is going to give or bind… he has work to do!! And I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service, which I really appreciate!!! If there’s one thing I cannot stand, It’s a company that has lousy customer service but this company here is one of the BEST I’ve haVE dealt with in a very, very, very long time, they always got back to me pretty darn quick… I highly recommend this company, their staff, and their clothing line. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been meaning to review AG Jeans for 2-3 months. Not merely review, but rave about them. I bought my first pair about six months and have over-spent my clothing budget by 300 percent. Why? Because I HAD TO HAVE MORE!

The fabrics are unbelievably supple, some with a hand like velvet, but still jeansy. Tellis modern slim is my cut — my hips have never looked so good. I haven’t tried any of the 30 or so shades, washes and distressings AG offers in blue. I went for their fantastic colors. They’re poetically named, but in simple terms my collection holds green, burgundy, mushroom, silvery gray and beige.

Why AG rates 1.8 start here astonishes me. The company has not merely reinvented jeans: AG has invented a new category of clothing.

I had an small issue with my AG jeans. Initially, AG denied my claim, but then came back and asked for additional information. After sending some photos of the jeans, they determined that the small issue I had was not typical and offered to replace the jeans. I was very pleased with this outcome as I love the way these jeans fit me and and feel. At the time of purchase, I bought 3 different brands, and AG ended up being my favorite by far. I'll definitely be buying more AGs this year. Would recommend.
