Great customer service from Ana. My order didn't go according to plan (my fault) and customer service fixed it for me with very little hassle. The lingerie is great too.

Horrible service I ordered few items it’s arrived small I sent it back by tracking number I saw yesterday it got delivered and for 2 weeks I send emails and messages for them to return my money back from this order and they keep ignoring me .

Absolute Frechheit und schlichtweg Abzocke. Die zurückgesendete Ware wird einfach nicht erstattet, mit der fadenscheinigen Ausrede, sie sei ohne Träger angekommen, obwohl sie bei mir von Anfang an gar keine Träger hatte. Hier werden Tatsachen verdreht, nur um sich vor der Rückzahlung zu drücken.

Vom gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht scheint dieses Unternehmen entweder nichts zu wissen oder es interessiert schlichtweg niemanden. Kunden werden offenbar bewusst hingehalten und für dumm verkauft. So ein unseriöses und respektloses Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt.

Bei diesem Laden bestelle ich garantiert nie wieder und ich werde jedem ausdrücklich davon abraten, dort auch nur einen Cent zu lassen.

Agent provocateur never misses, but the lovely senior customer service team in particular, Sarah, has been brilliant during my trouble with a misplaced package and very swiftly chased the delivery company up for investigation and resulted in a full refund. 🫶🏼 this was completely the delivery company’s responsibility but the AP team were so polite and helpful 🎀

Da sind NULL Sterne noch zu viel!!!!

Am 13.11.2025 orderte ( #6000230589 ) ich für mehr als 1.000 € Ware. Hiervon habe ich Ware im Wert von etwas über 700 € zurück gesendet.
Laut Sendungsnummer konnte die Sendung bei Agent Provocateur NICHT zugestellt werden . Auch nicht bei einem erneuten Zustellversuch !!!
Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei Agent Provocateur und habe dort wirklich viel Geld ausgegeben. Bis heute warte ich auf die Rückzahlung der 700 € !!!
Paypal ist hier bereits eingeschaltet, als nächstes werde ich einen Anwalt beauftragen.
Ich kann nur ganz klar und deutlich davor warnen bei Agent Provocateur zu bestellen. Dort hat sich in den letzten Jahren viel verändert.

Sarah was phenomenal. She quickly addressed and handled my issue with clarity and efficiency. It was my first time both ordered and having to make a return with agent provocateur and Sarah made it wonderful! I will definitely order from here again knowing their have a capable and competent staff at hand for any and all questions. Thank you so much Sarah!

My parcel was damaged by the courier meaning the AP box inside was damaged. When I reached out to AP customer service, Sarah was kind enough to send me two replacement gift boxes free of charge (despite me only ordering one item initially) and extra stickers! Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Great customer service :)

Ich habe Unterwäsche bestellt um diese zu Weihnachten zu versenden. Die Größe, die meiner Freundin immer passt, passte in diesem Fall nicht. Ich wollte die Wäsche daher in eine andere Größe umtauschen, kein Geld zurück. Wir waren kurz über der Rückgabezeit, daher keine Umtausch möglich. Bei dem Preis hätte ich mir ein Entgegenkommen erwartet.

Worst customer service experience. Ordered 4 bras, would only refund me for 2 cheapest returned items claiming that the others had marks on them. Explained these are exactly how I receive them, they weren’t even tried on but they wouldn’t take no for an answer.
I don’t know what’s happened to this brand but it’s gone downhill. I’ll never buy from them again and wish I’d seen how bad their reviews were before I ordered!

I returned a slip dress under my statutory right of withdrawal after briefly trying it on. The item was returned in clean condition with no visible stains or signs of wear.
Agent Provocateur later claimed the item was “damaged” and refused a refund, providing photos of alleged stains. I was required to pay a reshipment fee to receive my own item back.
After receiving the dress, it became clear that the supposed “damage” was merely adhesive residue that can be gently rubbed off. This is not wear or damage caused by use, but a removable surface residue, likely related to labeling or handling.
Despite this, my return was rejected, and I was forced to keep the item and pay additional fees. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful and has completely undermined my trust in the brand.
I would not order again based on how this return was handled.

Bug lors du payement : j’ai reçu deux fois la même commande et ai été débitée deux fois, dont une non souhaitée.
Malgré plusieurs e-mails et relances, aucune réponse du service client depuis 2 semaines.
C’est une expérience très décevante pour une première commande. Un problème technique peut arriver, mais l’absence totale de réponse du service client est inacceptable.

Don’t order from here…Ordered 6 items from here in different sizes as was unsure of the fit.. unfortunately had to return all items as they were too big & returned the next day. Waited over 10 days to be refunded and just received an email to inform me that they won’t refund me for 1 bra as a hook was slightly skewed.. I didn’t even check the hooks as they delivered but now they are asking for £7 postage to return me the ill-fitting bra.. I will try to attach a photo of the offending hook.. shocking customer service

I had an issue with a delivery being returned to sender, which was understandably frustrating at first. However, the customer service team at Agent Provocateur handled the situation brilliantly.
Ana from Client Services was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. The issue was resolved quickly, the delivery fee was refunded, and my replacement order arrived with next day delivery, which completely exceeded my expectations.
It’s rare to see a company turn a disappointing situation into such a positive experience, but Agent Provocateur absolutely did. Thank you for the excellent service, it’s very much appreciated.

The customer service is very polite and helpful. I love how responsive and friendly they are! I recommend this brand and very pleased with an experience.

I purchased four items from Agent Provocateur and needed to exchange one due to sizing. Customer service clearly stated that there would be no additional shipping fees on exchange items, yet I was still charged nearly £30 for the return. This is misleading and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience - I would not recommend.

Come nice with a box only thing was DPD had weather issues but they did turn up
