Not the same company I used to shop at. Quality of the items have gone down south and the company is clearly struggling- sent a return back and staff fabricated evidence to suggest the item was used (although i sent pictures to prove it wasnt with tags on) and then on top they made me pay 7 pounds to return the items back to me. Petty considering price of the items, will never buy from them again!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah from Agent Provocateur’s Client Services, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed quickly and with kindness. She not only kept me informed throughout the process but also made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Her communication was clear, timely, and always reassuring.

I always thought Agent Provocateur was a premium brand, but my experience was shocking.
I ordered lingerie in my usual size, but it arrived much smaller than expected. I returned it for an exchange, only to be accused that the items were “worn and damaged.” That’s completely false — I have photos proving they were brand new. In the end, I received neither an exchange nor a refund, just stress and disappointment. Very unpleasant experience.

Habe einen Bikinislip im Sale gekauft (20€ + 20€ Versandkosten) und retourniert, weil er farblich nicht gepasst hat. Für die Retoure wurden weitere 15 € verrechnet. Wochen später bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass die Retoure nicht angenommen wird, weil der Artikel angeblich Verschmutzungen aufweist. Der Mail war ein Foto beigelegt, auf dem absolut nichts zu erkennen war, zudem wurde der Artikel von mir nicht einmal anprobiert. Nun hätte ich weitere 15 € für den Rückversand an mich bezahlen sollen, somit für einen 20€-Artikel, für den ich keinerlei Verwendung habe, insgesamt 60€..

Abgesehen von den grundsätzlich lächerlich hohen (Rück-)Versandkosten (tatsächliche Versandkosten wären deutlich niedriger) wird hier versucht, Retouren abzuwimmeln und Kunden zu betrügen bzw. abzuzocken. Nur durch Einschalten des Konsumentenschutzes wurde letztendlich durch Klarna (!) die offene Forderung ausgebucht, Agent Provocateur stellt sich wohl bis heute quer.

They have the most terrible customer service. They charge 50$ for “express” shipping that isn’t express at all. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my order. Also they never sent a confirmation of sending my order, when I contacted them they blamed me and said to check my junk mail, which I always check. They never sent it! Garbage service and company

I received $450 in bras and matching knickers as a gift. I could not exchange a single item for a different size because the request had to come from the original email that placed the order. I’ve never encountered this before, even with lingerie from other companies. Needless to say, I will never buy from this company again and told my lover to never buy me anything from this company again.

Ordered on their UK website. Yes, the shipping isn’t free, but their standard service was amazing. I ordered on Saturday and received my parcel on Monday! They don’t leave your orders in safe spaces, you have to accept the order yourself - this way no one will steal your lingerie.

Leider hat es uns auch getroffen. Wie bereits mehrfach geschrieben haben wir nun auch mit der Sarah zu tun. Ich kann nur abraten bei Agent Provacateur zu bestellen. Überteuert, Frachtkosten für Hin- und Rückversand und nun als I Tüpelchen Ärger bei der Rückerstattung. Die Ware kommt ohne Einzelverpackung in einem Karton gepackt. Nach Rücksendung Ware bekommt man eine Mail, dass es bei einem (hochpreisigen) Produkt angeblich massive Verunreinigungen gibt. Diese sollen angeblich beim Probieren entstanden sein. Es kann von unserer Seite jedoch ausgeschlossen werden. Trotz zigfachem Mails besteht man nachdem Fracht hin/zurück gezahlt auf die erneute Zahlung der Frachtkosten und Erwerb des angeblich verschmutzen Artikels. Man geht noch nicht einmal auf die unsachgemäße, nicht separate Verpackung der einzelnen Produkte ein, sowie schließt man eine Verunreinigung eines unverpackt versendeten Artikels im Warenaus- oder Wareneingang vollständig aus. Stattdessen schreibt man uns, dass wir die Ware vor dem Probieren / Rückversand hätten schriftlich beanstanden müssen. Wir lassen den Fall nun über PayPal eskalieren und hoffen unser Geld für die zurückgesendete Ware vollständig zu erhalten.

Ich werde niemals mehr bei euch was bestellen. Dementsprechend wird eure abzocke Firma auch Bewertung bekommen.

Wir haben zwei Größen bestellt und eine nach Anprobe zurückgeschickt.
Angeblich Deo Geruch und irgendwo ein Fleck. Nichts könnte ich feststellen.

Poor quality service, stock and unreasonable charges for returns. I bought a set but AP then said they didn’t have one part of it and just sent part of the order. I had to pay £5 to return it even though the issue was their stock management. They refused to refund return costs. Best avoided.

I've shopped with them for a few years now and never had any issues with returns or refunds. Shipping is always on time and I've when I've had issues with some clothes breaking quickly they have sent new ones.

Had a great fitting experience with Kimia at the Broadwick Street store.
Kimia had assembled all the items for me, she fitted me in a very considerate manner and helped me make a final choice amongst the wonderful sets she fitted me in.

My gift was activated by someone. I wrote to support, described the situation in detail, when and what happened. Asked to check everything in the logs. No one answers me anymore and my gift has not been restored.

Ich habe ein Korsett bestellt, das ich ordentlich anprobiert und sofort wieder zurückgeschickt habe. Wochen später bekomme ich die Rückmeldung, dass meine Rücksendung abgelehnt wurde – angeblich wegen einem Loch und Geruch. Ich weiß genau, dass beides nicht von mir kam. Das Korsett war in perfektem Zustand, und ich habe es nur einmal kurz anprobiert.

Damit bin ich aber offenbar nicht allein – nachdem ich enttäuscht war, habe ich die Bewertungen auf der Website und im Internet gelesen, und siehe da: Genau dieselbe Masche bei vielen anderen Kund:innen. Immer die gleichen Begründungen, um Rückgaben zu verweigern.

Ich habe die Rücksendekosten jetzt gezahlt, weil ich keine Nerven mehr hatte. Aber damit hat AP mich als Kundin verloren – und ich war nicht irgendwer, ich war wirklich überzeugt von der Marke. Heute ist davon nichts mehr übrig.

Die Stoffe fühlen sich billig an, die Verarbeitung ist nicht das Geld wert, das man bezahlt – und der Kundenservice wirkt wie ein Roboter, der nur auf Zeit spielt.
Luxus sieht anders aus. Fairness auch.

Ich kann wirklich nur abraten – schade, was aus dieser Marke geworden ist.
