Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted to know that you find our platform honest and reliable. We completely agree with your suggestion—having funds sent directly to a mobile money wallet offers far greater everyday convenience than airtime alone. We have passed your feedback directly to our financial operations team as we evaluate new withdrawal integrations.

Payment method not good for Cameroonians
I didn't appreciate that it took a long time for the option to withdraw in my currency to become available, after several months of trying to cash out what I have worked for, although it was a small amount. Secondly, I received the token as credit and not as money in my Mobile Money account. If the team can fix that, then it will be great and will motivate me and others from Cameroon to continue taking surveys.

Thank you for the honest review! We are so sorry for the long wait to withdraw in your currency and for receiving airtime credit instead of cash. We hear you loud and clear—airtime doesn't pay for everyday needs like Mobile Money does. We're actively working on adding direct MoMo payout options in Cameroon to make your survey rewards truly work for you!
