I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how my payout issue has been handled. I have contacted you several times, submitted my correct payout/account details as requested, and I have repeatedly been told that the issue has been escalated or that it would be resolved. Yet, nothing has actually changed.
If manually processing my cashout is difficult, then I do not understand why my account and payout details cannot simply be updated correctly in your system. I have already provided the required information, so what exactly is preventing this from being fixed?
At this point, the repeated promises and explanations are becoming very difficult for me to trust because I still cannot access the money I legitimately earned. I need a clear and honest answer, not another generic response saying that the issue has been escalated.
Please either update my payout/account details properly and enable my cashout, or process my available balance manually. If neither can be done, then please tell me honestly instead of continuing to give me promises that lead nowhere.
This situation has caused me serious frustration and disappointment. I have been patient for a long time, but my patience is running out. I expect a specific explanation and a real solution to my payout problem. so with I consider this my app is totally nothing better than scam and wasting of time and making person become so frustrated.

I originally posted this review on July 23, 2026, regarding an issue with withdrawing my earnings from AfriSight. Unfortunately, as of September 4, 2026, the problem is still not resolved.
I have attempted several times to withdraw my available balance through PayPal. Each time, the platform indicates that the withdrawal was successfully completed. However, the amount is not deducted from my AfriSight balance, and I never receive the payment in my PayPal account.
I contacted the support team several times regarding this issue, but I am now no longer receiving any response. It has been more than a month since my original review, and I still cannot access my earned money.
This situation is extremely frustrating. I hope AfriSight will finally investigate and resolve my case, fix the withdrawal issue, and provide proper support to users experiencing payment problems.
Update: September 4, 2026 — The issue remains unresolved. I am still unable to withdraw my earnings through PayPal, and the support team has not responded to my recent messages.
