I have made my target and cashed and then my account is al the suddenly locked saying to many log in attempts. Even if I want to change my password it say to many request however it was my first request. I am experiencing the same issues as some of the users posting here. Sounds like a scam site now.

As for emailing their support team that's a total waste of time because you wait for days only to get the same copy and paste response from CORINNE. I can see you are loosing stars,in no time it will look shady! I want my hard earned $10!

Unable to add email
I have withdrawn a voucher in April earlier this year and I never received it and I emailed them about the issue of not being able to add my email n receiving error each time and was told to try using different devices and still nothing till today, so exhausting to go back and forth with the support team and they tell you the same thing which doesn't help on my side.
EDIT: I was able to add my email, for now I'm waiting for my voucher, happy.

Poor reward redemption, they ignore your emails after waiting for five days to get a reward. I have given up on these people and not planning logging in until they improve if not I delete account.

Mobiworkx is scamming us now
Mobiworkx is scamming us now. This used to be my favorite survey app because it was straightforward and legit. I have completed surveys more than 6 times only for it to give me an error message after completing. And they never pay for my time. When I contact the support they give me stupid responses that don't make sense.
Just close the website if you will be wasting our time. This is not fair.. And the surveys that give an error page are those that take long to complete. This is really frustrating.

Mobiworx must remove the rewards that are not working on the reward redemption since the redemption takes 5 days. It is so frustrating to wait 5 days for redemption only for the redemption to be unsuccessful. It is now taking me the whole month to redeem changing the reward type I don't even know if this time it will be successful. It is hard to wait for the PayPal that I can only redeem when it reaches 12.5 USD . Everytime when I am close to reaching it I no longer get surveys or I am always screened out. Last time I redeemed successfully on mobiworx was a year ago

Scam site, stealing people's information
I just signed up for mobiworkx, filled in the required details. When i click to log in, I get an error message 'Not available in your country"...I am within the coutries that can access mobiworkx. Mobiworkx is a scam site just to steal people's information. I don't recommend.
