Kamado Joe BBQ
I ordered a BBQ in advance of my son moving house. Customer service personnel were extremely helpful in changing the delivery date several times and always within a day of my requesting it. Delivery was great with the driver manoeuvring the heavy load over quite a distance.

Weber BBQ issue
We purchased a Weber bbq from them just over 2 weeks ago. It doesn’t heat up properly on one side. Bell have been very good in liaising with Weber to get our issue resolved.

Having ruined a Kadai BBQ I found out…
Having ruined a Kadai BBQ I found out you should put clay pebbles in the bottom so Bell was offering these for the best price on the internet. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and we're just what I needed. Excellent service, can only recommend them.

Customer first approach
We ordered a Weber Master Touch BBQ and it was unfortunately damaged during delivery and before it arrived to us. Sarah and Paul were very understanding and acted quickly to resolve the problem with patience and great customer care. We are now bbq’ing with satisfaction on the new grill. Would definitely purchase from Bell again.

Quick delivery. Good tracking. Great product.
Delivery could improve if you use a standard half pallet i.e. 900 wide which is the size most side gates. They could the deliver to the back garden.
