After my credit card company refusing my payment. I did my homework on the company and decided to take the risk. Apart from being told my stove would be delivered on Wednesday, I phoned them and got told it was still with them and it would be delivered on Friday. I received my free fan etc and my stove in two deliveries. Everything is great.

I'm really happy with the product
I'm really happy with the product. This is my first Kamado, and I've been very impressed with its charcoal efficiency. It uses significantly less charcoal than I expected while still maintaining consistent cooking performance. So far, I've only used it for barbecuing, but I've found it easy to control and maintain the temperature, which has met my expectations perfectly.
The only area that could be improved is the ash-cleaning system. While it works adequately, the process can be a bit of a complication, especially after longer cooking sessions when more ash has accumulated. A more convenient ash removal mechanism or easier access to the ash compartment would make maintenance quicker and enhance the overall user experience.

Broil King BBQ
The bbq that we were looking for was being sold by Abell at the best price including free delivery. From the initial ordering (which was extremely easy), to delivery was spot on.
The delivery company (Pallax) phoned 30 minutes before they arrived which was ideal to ensure someone was home to receive the order.
Bbq is now all set up and looks lovely - hopefully it will last as long as our old one (same make Broil King) of 11 years!
