Juhi was amazing!! They did a phenomenal job at getting my wedding dress there on time and in beautiful condition. Very appreciative! 11/10+ experience -- got a stunning Sabyasachi dress to me with only 6 weeks notice!

Received my order eventually after saying they have no record of my order and yet payment taken. When I decided to cancel then by miracle found my order. Dispatch immediately. However I was well please with m the outfit.

I placed the order but it’s been one week haven’t heard anything from them that if my product is shipped or when it’s going to be shipped. Normally when. I order from other brands they send you email that you order is waiting or any updates. Not even sure if this was spam.

I just received my wonderful kurta. Exactly what I expected. Great quality. Thank you very much! Thank you Juhi! You have been very kind and cooperative. I’m sure I will purchase other items from your shop.

My experience with Aashni & Co started off rocky due to a delay in delivery. It was not their fault, it was the vendor who caused the delay, and the dress was worth the wait. Customer service during the period was very helpful and responsive.

Cannot recommend Aashni & Co enough! Such fabulous customer service provided from their care team. Kamlesh was so helpful and understanding and took care of completing my order urgently so that I receive it in good time for my cousins wedding. Their quality in ethnic wear is outstanding. Will definitely be purchasing more outfits from them in the future.

Love their suits! Me and my mom have ordered some suits from the website and the material is amazing, and worth the price. We’ve not had a size issue either so it saves us from having to find a tailor to make adjustments. The website can be a little glitchy at times and the filters don’t always work but otherwise I’m a very happy customer :)

Aashini has a good range of designers to choose from. Their customer service was very prompt, especially Kamlesh, in updating us on timelines for delivery. With online shopping it is very comforting to have a responsive customer service team on WhatsApp, making it easy for us to follow up on orders from the US.

I sent them three emails and also tried connecting with on WhatsApp to know the status of my order. It’s been 5-6 days and still no news. Worst experience

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Aashni and Co’s customer service team. After purchasing a ticket for their wedding show at Somerset House, I was met with a poorly organized event, where attendees were left waiting in freezing conditions, with no proper ticket checks or provisions for comfort. Despite purchasing a ticket beforehand, I was made to wait in the same line as those without tickets.

Instead of addressing my concerns, they initially offered store credit, which expired in 2019—something I never accepted as a resolution. Since then, their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for consumer rights. In their response, Aashni and Co stated that they had already provided a resolution to my complaint back in 2018 and provided store credit with an expiry date of 2019. They further acknowledged the Consumer Protection Law in the UK, which allows customers to request a refund for up to 6 years from the time of purchase. However, they incorrectly claim that they have fulfilled their obligations by offering store credit, which was neither adequate nor accepted by me.

Instead of addressing my valid concerns, their responses have been defensive and evasive, with no willingness to fulfill their legal obligations. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant UK regulatory bodies.

It is clear that Aashni and Co lacks basic customer service skills and respect for their customers’ rights. I strongly advise others to think twice before making any purchases with Aashni and Co. Their lack of accountability and poor treatment of customers speaks volumes.

I ordered an item online for delivery to the UK. I was slightly nervous ordering such a high value item but I shouldn't have worried. Item arrived today and I am extremely happy with it!
Would definitely purchase from here again.
