Really happy with what I bought, better than expected in terms of quality. I was a little unhappy initially with only having the choice of one delivery agent as it seemed a little expensive, but after seeing how much care they took with delivery It was no longer an issue. Following my original review, I want to acknowledge that A1 Sporting Memorabilia has now fully resolved the situation.

Their team contacted me, clarified what happened, and took responsibility for the issue. The missing items were sent, and I received confirmation that the shipping costs and import taxes were refunded accordingly. The pieces that were not included in the original delivery have now been properly dispatched.

I appreciate the effort made to correct the mistake and close the matter in a fair and professional way. For that reason, I am updating my review while leaving my original comments below for transparency and context.

I had a very disappointing experience with A1 Sporting Memorabilia. My order arrived incomplete, and several items that I paid for were not included in the shipment. Even worse, none of the Certificates of Authenticity were provided, and almost all the items arrived without holograms or authenticity stickers.

For a collector, this is unacceptable. Without the COAs and authenticity markings, the items I received have no real collectible value.

The package included no invoice, no packing slip, and no documentation listing what was supposed to be inside. Because of this, I cannot even file a proper claim with the courier.

To make matters worse, I was charged full international shipping and very high import taxes, almost equal to the value of the entire order. If A1 had shipped only what actually arrived, the declared value would have been low enough that I would not have had to pay import duties at all. Instead, I paid full taxes for items that were never sent.

I contacted their customer service by email to request clarification, but so far they have done nothing about it and I have not received any meaningful response.

I have purchased memorabilia for many years and have never received something so poorly handled. This lack of quality control and incomplete shipment is simply unacceptable. Unless this is resolved properly, I cannot recommend their services.

I was charged around £12 for postage with DHL yet despite emails from them that my items would be delivered yesterday they have still not been received. Poor services for the high postage costs.

Also the search facility is poor on the A1 site. Also Items out of stock should be removed. items are also expensive.

I had 2 football shirts framed. Great service from Stuart who kept me updated on progress and the finished articles were first class. Highly recommend.

they went above and beyond when the item I ordered went out of stock and I got an alternative on time for a special birthday

It was a fast delivery and came well packaged. The framed picture could not have been any better. My brother in law absolutely loved his present which was for his 60th birthday.
