I've previously purchased several…
I've previously purchased several framed pieces from A1, and they consistently arrive ready for hanging. If I'd realized that the shirt required drilling into the frame and purchasing a hanging kit, I wouldn't have bought it. I won't be making future purchases from them.

Ordered signed football was a little…
Ordered signed football was a little disappointed that when it arrived I had to get it pumped up .upon calling company was told that is how they send them I do not remember seeing this on the description or in the product overview

Fine delivery poor product quality
Overall delivery was fine and seemed perfect when opened, gifted to my cousin and he’s noticed a crease in the picture that I bought him. Safe to safe I wasn’t happy.

Excellent service and product quality
Excellent customer service. Product quality is very good and even packing for avoiding breakages during delivery. The only comment I have is that the frame does not have loops to hang on a wall.

Frames no longer ready to hang
I have bought a number of framed items from A1 before and they always come ready to hang. I would not have bought the shirt if I knew I had to drill into the frame and buy a hanging kit. I wont be buying from them again
