Recently bought a signed Chelsea shirt from A1, I was nervous as it was a big purchase for me. The process from start to finish was flawless, communication, the postage and packaging was perfect and the item itself is out of this world! A credit to this industry and I’ll definitely be making another purchase.

Loose goods and professionalism.
When the package arrived, the main part (a signed snooker ball) was loose and rolling around on the box.
There was also no COA as advertised.
When I contacted A1 about it, there wasn’t really much of an apology and no concern about damage, or any follow up as to the missing COA.
Not sure I’d recommend at all, the display box is very cheap which has added to the poor service and delivery.

I love the products
I love the products, but I did not recieve them. You should be doing something to avoid customs for customers. It should be in the price of the product. This way, everything is stuck in customs, and after almost a month I have not recieve my package

I am very sorry that you have not received your items. I have tracked your parcel, which was dispatched soon after ordering, and it seems that DHL are waiting for you to contact them.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for customs charged. These are collected by the courier on behalf of your government.
It is stated, when ordering, that you, the customer, will be liable for these charges.

Really happy with the signed / framed sir Alex shirt. It looks fantastic, excellent quality and looks superb on my office wall. Definitely recommend A1 sporting memorabilia. Arrived very quickly too.

Item went missing
2nd time ordering from here, first time perfect, 2nd time ordered my item, requested DHL to deliver to my safe place. Safe to say they didn't, left it right outside my front door and once I returned home the item was gone, been 2 weeks since this happened and support isn't very helpful in this nor is dhl
