I have purchased twice and each time great quality items.Kept informed of delivery and it was 48 hours tracked. Good customer service. I purchased pyjamas and they wash and dry amazing. Still look like new , didn't shrink or go bobbled. I am happy with this site.

I have had a lot of different things order from5£ stuff, always delivered in good time, well packed and items as expected. Good service.

The sizes r totaly wrong on the website.(3 inches bigger on the site than the actual size) have messaged them 3 times with no reply. Now making a claim with paypal to get my money back!

Shocking goods arrived faulty on the 06/05/26 and they were not as advertised, didn’t even try them was that disappointed with them, packed them up sending photos as requested by them, they said they would need 3 days to issue or think about it? On the 07/05/26 I got an email saying my request had been denied?? No explanation other than I hadn’t followed what they said? I have done. This is obviously a scam site and needs to be taken down, I’ve contacted trading standards with their details
Buyer beware

Item was delivered within a decent timescale however the item was faulty when arrived. There were loose screws, damaged screw holes, missing key parts on the adjusment section of the table...
I was offered a refund of the item price without the VAT being included and was told even although their item was faulty on receipt, it was at my cost to return it as the cost of original shipment was also not included in the refund.

It's obvious #5poundstuff do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes by sending mixed match sizes.

After my review here I was contacted by 5poundstuff to resend my order details and again after sending they choose to ignore my email again and they are here playing politics.

Cancelled order. I have given two star because I have been given an automatic refund. However I don't expect an item advertised, that I can purchase to be put of stock, particularly after receiving a ready for dispatch email. I needed this item for a specific date and have had to run around last minute to find an alternative. I received a refund before a notification email and there wasn't as much as an apology within the email. Last time I will be ordering for here

Won't be using again I ordered M and they sent me L so I can't use them as to big and to return I have to pay postage on their mishap like how is that right when I paid for all of it for them to send wrong size then I have to pay again

Had a little bit of a bad experience they are usually quite good but order a few items but 2 products never arrived were told they were delivered by not recieving nothing contact company were told them item out of stock not informed at time of order so refunded both items that were missing.

Delivery is always quick never had an issue

I have purchased three separate orders from this on line store , the first two were fine , the third order was was missing item's , I contacted them via their on line chat , had a reply the next day to say the missing item's where being sent out , received a parcel two day's later , but I was still missing part of my order , I contacted them again , to say I was still missing item's , received a quick response , and I received my missing item's two day's later , so customer service is excellent sorting out any problems you may have very quickly , I highly recommend this site , good quality products at fair prices .
