Ich habe ein Gerät über Refurbed gekauft, verkauft von Online-Phones24 GmbH.

Nach Problemen mit dem Gerät versuchte ich, den Fall über die üblichen Wege zu klären. Schließlich habe ich eine Beschwerde bei der schwedischen Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle (ARN) eingereicht. ARN stellte fest, dass Refurbed lediglich als Marktplatz fungiert und nicht Vertragspartner des Kaufs ist. Gleichzeitig konnte der Fall gegen den Verkäufer Online-Phones24 nicht geprüft werden, da das Unternehmen über die angegebenen Kontaktdaten nicht erreichbar war.

Das Ergebnis ist, dass der Fall inhaltlich nie geprüft werden konnte und ich als Verbraucher keine Möglichkeit hatte, eine Entscheidung oder Entschädigung zu erhalten, obwohl der Kauf über die Refurbed-Plattform erfolgte.

Diese Erfahrung zeigt für mich ein Risiko bei solchen Plattformmodellen: Wenn der Verkäufer nicht erreichbar ist, bleibt der Verbraucher praktisch ohne Lösung.

Ordered a samsung galaxy s22 via refurbed from them. The description said 5g and dual sim. The phone i got has neither. Very disappointed

Betrug! Da ich falsche Teil bekam, wurde es auf eigene Kosten zurückgesand. Ein Erstattung von 50% weil nicht in selben Zustand zurückgesender? Bei 400€ ist schon krass. Absolut nicht zu Empfehlen!

CROOKS. Do not buy from here as they sell ILLEGAL STOLEN phones. They sold me a phone through Refurbed. fi (they are one of the stockists that provide for this company) They sold me a stolen phone that Samsung has now fully locked as the phone was taken from one of their stores and is used for training and advocacy. The phone was sold to Online phones 24 and they didn't check its authenticity, they also overcharged me and gave me the wrong colour.
I am now ONLY dealing with Refurbed to help me get my full refund whom are legitimate and trusted on trust pilot as they wanted written confirmation from Samsung and wouldn't accept an email.
Finnish people beware this online phones 24 store is a scam!

Akku macht nach 9 Monaten schlapp. Habe aus Umweltgründen einen Rückkäufer gekauft. Ein Satz mit X

Ho acquistato un samsung S23 ricondizionato di provenienza USA. Il venditore non specifica questo particolare molto importante e quindi mi ritrovo un telefono fermo ad Android 13 e che non può ricevere aggiornamenti. Era un regalo quindi il problema e venuto fuori ad un mese dall'acquisto. Ho rimandato indietro il telefono ed il venditore mi ha offerto 10 euro per tenermelo. Io ho chiesto una soluzione che non fosse il rimborso al quale non avevo piu diritto trascorsi i 30 giorni, ma niente, o così o così. State alla larga da questo venditore. Adesso mi ritrovo un telefono obsoleto che non è possibile aggiornare e ho dovuto comprare un telefono nuovo per non venir meno al regalo.

I have to say that I’ve had a totally different experience with this company from the other reviewers. I bought an iPhone 16 Pro 128GB on Refurbed, sold by Online-Phones 24.
DHL Shipping was 2 days late, although I didn’t really mind as it wasn’t an urgent purchase. What I did find weird was that such an expensive item didn’t require a signature on delivery, they just quickly handed me the parcel and left… Thankfully, though, nothing happened this time…

Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the phone: It came thoroughly packed and it was actually in perfect condition with no scratches or cracks whatsoever, not on the screen or the back (I requested Premium quality so makes sense). But in addition to that, even this phone’s battery is at 100% health with only 2 Cycle Counts (and it’s recognized as a genuine Apple battery)!! Basically this phone is brand new and I paid €850 for it (thanks to a discount on Refurbed’s site on Apple devices) instead of €1000+.

Not sure if I just got extremely lucky, or if it’s too soon to judge this phone, but just based off of my experience alone I’d have to recommend this seller..!

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro in July 2024 through Refurbed, sold by Online-Phones 24 GmbH. The device had severe technical issues from day one (constant rebooting, now won’t turn on at all). I used the 12-month warranty several times, but the repairs were never effective. The problem worsened over time.

Despite this, the seller refuses to issue a refund, in direct violation of the EU Consumer Directive and Italian law. Refurbed, as a platform, failed to take real responsibility, leaving me with a non-functional phone and evasive replies.

This is unacceptable from a company claiming to promote sustainability and customer satisfaction. Online-Phones 24 GmbH publicly claims to offer “technically perfect devices” and “excellent customer service” — these promises were clearly not fulfilled.

I have filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Italy) and will take further action if necessary.

Extremely untrustworthy seller – unresolved defect, no refund, no accountability

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro from this seller via a well-known online marketplace. The phone showed serious technical defects from the start. I used the warranty several times, but each repair failed to solve the problem. Eventually, the phone stopped working entirely.

An official diagnosis from an Apple Authorized Service Provider confirmed a major fault in the logic board. Despite this, the seller refused a full refund and offered no meaningful resolution — only a vague invitation to return the device, with no guarantee of outcome and threats of additional costs if they rejected the claim.

After nearly a year of failed repairs and delays, I issued a formal complaint. The seller simply repeated the same unhelpful response and denied responsibility. They were also hard to identify and contact: they appear under different names depending on the platform, making the whole process even more confusing and opaque.

I have now submitted a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre and reported the seller to national authorities for unfair business practices.

Unfortunately, my experience is not isolated: many reviews here describe the same issues — faulty products, denied refunds, repeated excuses, and a lack of transparency. Based on this, I strongly advise avoiding this seller altogeher.

Hallo, mir geht es auch so. Von online Phone 24 über refurbed ein iPhone 15 gekauft. Ging nach einem Monat nichts mehr. Nach einmal zurück schicken an eine falsch angegebe Adresse, auf meine Kosten, konnte ich es nach mehreren Emails an eine Adresse schicken, auf Kosten des Verkäufer. Danach passiert nichts mehr. Kundenservice sehr schlecht. Man bekommt wenn überhaupt Emails mit dem keiner was anfangen kann, als ob eine falsche Übersetzung statt gefunden hat. Nach einschalten von Paypal und der Verbraucherzentrale bekamen wir ein Angebot über den angeblichen Gerätewert, 200€ weniger als der Kaufpreis. Erst einmal sehen ob sie zu ihrem Angebot stehen und wir das Geld bekommen. Also ich kann nur sagen Hände weg von diesen Plattformen. Nichts als Ärger und Geld verschenkt.

Total unzufrieden!!!! Das Iphone habe ich innerhalb von 30 Tagen retourgeschickt, weil es einfach nicht funktioniert hat, das Gerät hat bei Gewissen stellen, die Funktionsbefehle nicht durchgeführt. Das Neuaufsetzen hat über eine Woche gedauert. Weil aber der Postweg von uns zum Verkäufer länger gedauert hat, denn dazwischen waren Feiertage.

Die Rückerstattung wurde am 13.03.2025 beantragt, und das Gerät wurde am Dienstag, dem 25.03.2025, über den Selbstbedienungsschalter der Post zurückgesendet. Zwischen dem Erhalt des Produkts am 03.03.2025 und der Rücksendung liegen 22 Tage – damit wurde die von Refurbed gewährte 30-tägige Rückgabefrist klar eingehalten.

Unabhängig davon erfolgte die Rücksendung aufgrund eines Softwarefehlers: Das Handy war nicht funktionsfähig und somit nicht für den vorgesehenen Gebrauch geeignet. Es handelt sich daher um einen Fall, der unter die einjährige Garantie von Refurbed fällt.

Ich ersuche daher um die vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises.

- Sie Antworten total frech und wollten das Geld behalten und das retourbekommene Gerät ebenso.

Nach 10 Tagen hin und her schreiben, musste ich zur Post gehen und dort einen Versandbestätigung holen und nachdem ich den Beleg ihnen übermittelte, dann schickten sie den vollen Geldbetrag zurück.

Richtig frech, es hat viele Tage, viele E-Mail und einen Sparziergang zur Post, extrem viel Aufwand, nur weil sie das Geld und das retourbekommene Handy behalten wollten.

Finger weg! Nie wieder irgendeinen Kauf bei ihnen!

Bought an iPad air via refurbed and when I got it it was not able to charge and had to return it, the whole process of repayment took a long time. They were willing to send me some type of headphones if I kept the iPad and didn’t ask for a repayment… lol.
Customer service was slow and didn’t reply according to my questions.
Avoid this company at all costs as they do not sell working products..

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro eSIM/nano-sim (through Refurbed), but I received a dual nano-sim model. Some googling reveals that’s the Chinese version. I contacted costumer service, but they first totally ignored the problem (‘you ordered eSIM/nano-sim, your provider can help you with esim’), and after repeating my message, I got some standard response as if the phone had a defect (‘ We are sorry that the device delivered to you is now causing problems. Before delivery, we test every device thoroughly and create a test report.’) and then asked for photos of the front and back of the phone. When I responded they made me feel like they didn’t read my messages and enquired how pics of the front and back of the phone are going to help, I got a rude response. All in all I don’t recommend this business if you need eSIM, because it seems like they’re not even aware they’re sending out non-eSIM models. And the customer service is rude and incompetent. However, I will say the phone seems completely new and even came with 3 months Apple TV+, which I thought only came with new phones.

Rubbish. Bought an iPhone from ONLINE PHONES 24 on refurbed.de. They sell products for hundreds of euros that are put back together really badly and fell apart shortly after the purchase. The seller shows no intention to help with repairs and has always an excuse why the guarantee cannot be applied. Threw out 500+ euros from the windows by purchasing an iPhone here. Prior to this, I always had new original iPhones and never had any issues / malfunctions with them. Never again here.

Update: Although costumer service is good and the colleagues are doing their best to regain costumer satisfaction (after a negative review), it does not change the fact that products are rubbish.

Scammers dont buy from them selling chinese fake phones I bought samsung S24 ultra was fake lucky I bought from refurbed.ie so contact them than I got my refund back otherwise get nothing from these scamers avoid this company!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. After purchasing a phone through refurbed.nl, it arrived with a defective battery. I sent the phone back for a replacement, but the battery that was installed either does not meet Apple standards or was improperly installed. Additionally, after the repair, the SIM card slot constantly indicates a defect, a problem that didn’t exist before.

The level of service has been appalling. Communication has been slow, unhelpful, and lacking in any real resolution. Despite multiple contacts, the issue persists, and I have had to take time off work and incur extra costs to deal with this situation.

Given the repeated issues, poor service, and failure to meet warranty conditions, I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter. If anyone else has experienced similar problems with this company, I urge you to contact me so that we can include your case in the legal process.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you want reliable service and products that meet quality standards.

Finger Weg!! Über Ebay Handy bestellt, erkannte keine Sim-Karte sofort zurückgeschickt angeblich noch Daten auf dem Handy-obwohl vorher auf Werkseinstellung zurückgesetzt. Keine Rückerstattung erhalten der Rest über Anwalt. Dieses Unternehmen braucht kein Mensch!!

Habe ein Ersatzteil bestellt und sofort mit paypal bezahlt. Zahlungseingang wurde in einer separaten Mail bestätigt. Nach 5 Tagen fragte ich per Mail nach, wo die Ware sei, nach 8 Tagen nochmal. Beides mal keine Antwort! In der 2. Mail gab ich den Hinweis, dass wenn ich bis zum Abend keine Rückmeldung bekäme, ich über paypal das Geld zurückfordern würde. Es kam keine Reaktion. Nach Eröffnung des Paypal-Falls wurde ich unverschämt angeschrieben, was mir einfiele, einen paypal-Fall zu eröffnen. Ich solle diesen Fall sofort und umgehend schließen! Es stünde doch auf der Internetseite, dass Mails nur verzögert beantwortet würden. Nun, ich gucke aber nicht auf die Website, bevor ich jemandem eine Mail schicke! Wozu auch? In der Bestellungs-Mail stand wortwörtlich: "Sobald Ihre Zahlung auf unserem Konto gebucht wurde, werden wir die bestellte Ware mit der Deutschen Post AG (DHL) an Sie versenden. Sollten Sie 10 Werktage nach Ihrer Zahlung wider Erwarten noch keine Lieferung erhalten haben, fragen Sie den Geldeingang und Bearbeitungsstatus Ihrer Bestellung bitte an, indem Sie auf diese Mail antworten." Immerhin wurde die Ware dann umgehend verschickt und kam auch bei mir an. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass der Laden entweder bewusst schlechten Kundenservice betreibt oder einfach komplett überfordert ist. Also auch, wenn es bei mir letztendlich gut gegangen ist rate ich jedem eher: Finger weg von diesem Laden!

Defektes Bauteil gekauft (Handy-Ersatzdisplay).

Keinerlei Reaktion auf Nachfragen und Widerruf. Null. Seit mittlerweile 6 Wochen.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur an schliessen. Ich habe ein IPhone im Jänner refurbed gekauft - es ist leider im Urlaub auf einen Steinboden gefallen und ein Totalschaden.
Ich habe zweimal bei Mc Shark versucht das Telefon abzugeben um mir dies zu bestätigen. Beide Male wurde die Übernahme verweigert, da das Gerät angeblich für den chinesischen Markt produziert wurde.
Seitens des Verkäufers keine Reaktion und Hilfestellung, auch dort, wo ich das Telefon bestellt habe, bekomme ich nur die Auskunft, dass es sich nicht um einen Garantiefall handelt und man mir daher nicht helfen könne.
Ich muss über eine Stunde in ein Apple Store fahren - das nenne ich wirklich miserablen Kundendienst.

Telefon wurde in der Garantie eher kaputter ‚repariert‘ und anschließend wurde die erneute Reperatur so lange hinausgezögert bis die Garantie abgelaufen war und dann verweigert!!! Auch die Kommunikation war unterirdisch und Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten! Alles in allem rausgeworfenes Geld für jede Menge Ärger!!!! FINGER WEG!!!
