Excellent support team
Support from the team was extraordinary! I initially believed there was a mistake and the book had not been delivered. They immediately responded and sent the book. It turned out it was my mistake in the address!!! I let them know, and they were really understanding through the whole process.

I can’t sign in to my account
I can’t sign in to my account, I get a message saying my email address isn’t register. I recently bought two courses on November 27 using the account I can’t access. I sent an email explaining the situation with receipts of the purchases but haven’t receive a reply from costumer service. I hope they see this, so they can help me resolve the issue.

I cancelled my subscription with them…
I cancelled my subscription with them and I was still billed for it.
When I wrote to support didn't receive anything back from them.
I would not recommend using them.

We offer very a very generous 1 month trial period where you can cancel at any time. We have taken active steps to ensure that the renewal process is clearer, by sending renewal emails, making it very clear on sign up and also making it clear with supplemtary emails that you received throughout the year. We will look into this further to see if we can make additional notifications that make it easier for users to understand that they are signing up for a subscription service (that can be cancelled at at any time).

Cancellation & Refund Issue (CS)
Bought one subscription as a gift but my teen did not connect with the content and it went unused. BUT the auto renewal on the subscription was charged with NO advance email reminder. There is NO flexibility or proration for canceling a few hours after learning of the charge. The App/Site makes cancelling rather difficult and Customer Service made no exceptions.
Better companies remind of coming auto renewals and are more flexible on such complaints. My impression is that a significant part of their business is based on auto renewals that can’t be reversed, IMO.

In terms of cancellation, if you want to do that, it's very easy. You simply login to your profile, click on billing, and then cancel. I hope that makes sense.

I bought this as a gift for others last…
I bought this as a gift for others last year. They automatically renewed without a heads up and even though I immediately reached our after the charge they came back to me letting me know that they don't offer refunds for renewals.
Better off with free drawing content on youtube. A business that doesn't have flexible refunding is after your money on the surprise automatic renewal. I would have even got it for more gifts had I had a good experience going through customer service.

I understand that, like other reviewers, your main complain is that you never received a notification that your yearly subscription would renew. I apologize for the confusion. As I mentioned to other reviewers, I completely understand that we need to be clearer about this. It's easy to forget when you sign up for a yearly subscription and that you may be shocked when the renewal takes place. Rest assured, we are actively taking steps to make the renewal process much clearer and more transparent on our website. Our most important objective is to ensure that customers have a full understanding of the renewal terms before they sign up.
Please note that, in order to gift a subscription to someone else, our customer support would have been happy to advice on purchasing a gift card instead of taking a subscription and share it with your friend: https://books.21-draw.com/collections/gift-cards/products/illustrators-masterclass-gift-card? But again, this probably means that we need to display the gift card in a clearer way. Please don't hesitate to come back to our support team if you have any question or feedback for us.

BEWARE, they will charge you a full year renewal without any notice. I didn’t even knew I had to cancel my last year membership and it says they won’t offer a refund if it’s a renewal payment. I bought this last year and haven’t use it since, I thought this product was good but doing money by scamming says the opposite. And as I bought the two for one plan, I think they even charged me twice. / UPDATE:
They did charged only one course, but I don’t have any email from a week before, and this happening to several people for more than 6 months doesn’t seem to be a genuine mistake.

Finally, please note that you have been charged only once for your renewal: gift subscriptions are activated without any form of payment, so no payment could have been done from this side.

Great place to start drawing
I bouth this course on sale, so the price was ok to give a try. I love that 21D has a lot of courses and teacher in different leagues, if you are a beginner, intermediate or advance student you can find something interesting in each course. I love " Drawing pets from scratch" with Lauren Barger she inspire me to keep going and learn more.

I received a subscription to 21Draw as a gift this year, and I can say it was the best present ever. Throughout the year, I have done various courses and I have seen the improvement in my drawing skills. I have taken the courses as part of my weekly routine and I'm constantly learning.
There is such a variety of curses, from anatomy, to color, to social media management for artists, to landscapes, to character design and more. I recommend this platform 100% 🙌✨

Absolutely worth it!
21 Draw offers really helpful, step-by-step tutorials that had me noticeably improve my art and in way less time than before. I really like the love and passion you can perceive in the artists' work process, and the care put into every instruction and tip. You can easily follow along and yet, by the end, have attained some highly professional skills. I am very happy and really recommend it to anyone who wants to create some advanced artwork, especially (but not only!) digitally.

Better than a college degree
I found a lot of helpful insight and information on 21Draw. The fact that the instructors are very well educated and have a lot of experience is wonderful! Like I said, the professional artists on this platform gives you all their tips and tricks that they have learned for years and years through universities and working with big companies like Disney and professional work with clients. I would definitely say that it is worth the money, time and effort to work with the best educators! Thank you 21Draw, you definitely helped me become more confident and educated on my journey!

Excellent customer service and Course Material (21Draw)
After I signed up to 21Draw ( full access sub for promotion price: bargain!) I had an “access to courses” problem ( of my own making as I used a Hide my Email system).
Anyway, customer support, investigated and a solution was found very promptly.
I’m accessing courses and finding them useful, educational and educational.
Mark Kister is the Art Teacher I wish I had at school! Simply brilliant!

Painting Portraits in Procreate
I took the Painting Portraits in Procreate course. The instructor, Ginevra Grigolo, was engaging and knowledgeable. I learned about some tools and features available in Procreate that I had not learned in other online Procreate courses that I’ve taken. She completed a portrait step by step with detail explanations.

Dark Fantasy Character Design
Fun, detailed instruction. Every step was thoroughly explained and for the most part, visually demonstrated. Even smaller details like features, accessories, etc. were broken down into their own steps. Easy to follow along. Artist gave reasons as to why certain techniques were used.
