It's my 1st time I book hotel with 1stQuest and im glade , easy and comfortable process.

The hotel quality doesn't match with the stars.
The quality and amount of each day doesn't match with each other.

Please verify before charging hefty amounts from the customers.

The breakfast doesn't have much options and the room quality is also less than average. Carpets are uncleaned and old.

The smell of cigarette comes out from every corner of the room.

It is difficult to book accommodation in Iran because of the international sanctions. 1stQuest is doing a great job. Their service is fast, responsive and transparent.

First quest staff were very helpful and made my trip very comfortable. They respond to my requests promptly and arranged hotels and drivers at very short notice. I would be stuck without there help

Very good price for the insurance compared with western companies.
I had few dubts, and wrote email to the customer service, i recevid reply in very short time (was looking more a chat than an email exchange).

Great travel agency. Sorour helped a lot with every question we had. She responded very quickly and was extremely helpful! Even if we had some concerns according safety in Iran she responded very patiently and honest. The itinerary was extremely good and they helped also with Visa. The selected hotels were perfect and we loved our Damavand Guid Parisa and our Guid Mohsen for the cultural trip. Thanks to 1stQuest and especially Sorour, Parisa and Mohsen this Iran trip was amazing. I can just recommend everyone to come to this country and experience the wonderful people here. Thank you!

Very easy managing and friendly user website. It would be better to have more clear photos of the rooms of the hotels available, where you can clearly see all the amenities: room, bathroom, wardrobe, etc.
