The service was excellent

The service was excellent. I was answered quickly for all my questions and guided well.
Even though I faced a few issues with my visa that made me postpone my trip on really short notice they answered fast and agreed to postpone my reservation without extra cost and they helped me with the visa as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and everything went smoothly and I highly recommend it.

They are amazing

They are amazing, help me during all the process for the visa and help me tò solve a Little problem so fast. They give me everything in a few days. Perfect service!!!!

Highly recommended

The team is amazing! They can help you with anything. They are super friendly and will make sure that you can have a journey that you will never forget. They will also take any wishes into account that you may have. The prices are also very fair. I strongly recommend working with 1stquest.

Your perfect process for Visa was so…

Your perfect process for Visa was so great.
After your Visa Grant Notice,my country's Iran Ambassador issued my Visa in several minutes without any problem.It was so so cool.
I'd like to book my hotels with your members.

Break communication between 1stQuest…

Break communication between 1stQuest and the Hotel in term of transportation from the airport to the hotel during arrival day. The hotel informed me that 1st Quest did not update them about the transportation which already confirmed via the email .

Firstly, we want to emphasize that the transportation service you received was arranged directly by the hotel and not by 1stQuest. Our role was to relay your flight details to the hotel so they could arrange the transportation for you.

Upon reviewing the situation with our operations team, it appears that the hotel's driver was indeed present at the airport with a sign, ready to assist you upon your arrival. However, it seems there may have been a miscommunication, as you opted to take a taxi independently instead.

We understand that this experience may have been frustrating for you, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We take our customers' experiences seriously, and we are constantly working to improve our services and communication processes to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
