Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. Total scam. They sell you a seat they don’t even have and buy it later from a 3rd party. I bought a seat in the 100s section which they outline is what you’re getting (something in that area) but then, they give you tickets in a section in a completely different section (a section that is MUCH cheaper if you bought that yourself off the street) .. like they buy this off a scalper and sent me in the 500s section. After filing a dispute they still won’t cooperate for false advertising.
Believe me.. avoid these people.

Satisfied with my purchase of final tickets
I paid and received my tickets for the Europa league in Dublin which was great.
The only real annoying thing is that on the UEFA Tickets app it shows the actual price of the ticket versus the price you paid.
But I received the ticket and had a great time. If I need some late tickets I’ll go to 1BoxOffice again

This was for real not a category 1 ticket. Although the guys ride beside of us paid about 100€ less for each card from another website they gave us.

Ordered two tickets and paid insurance as wasnt sure i could make it for health reason.
Two days later asked for a refund and after filling of documents and 10 days back and forth they emailed today that i have to redo the claim with another agency.
Not only not using them ever but will file a legal claim with them

I bought two tickets
I bought two tickets, I came to the stadium and my ticket didn't work, the Italians didn't even want to talk to me, but when I said that I bought both my wife and mine at the same time, they scanned her and luckily for her the light turned green and it worked, then they checked us in the row on the side they stood and called somewhere, took a picture of the ticket, checked it several times, finally they let us in, but they didn't take a single scanner. I already thought that I wouldn't get there for the match

Catastrophic
Catastrophic, places in the stadium were not located where we expected and 1 place was not existing (there was a concrete post instead).
We had to watch part of the game sitting on stairs until a security man find us some other seats.
The website didn't accept to enter into the matter for any compensation.
