Safe to use but prices were higher than other sites like stubhub. They also changed my seats to another section, but it was really close.

Definitely trustable website. I bought tickets from Turkiye for Manchester vs New Castle match in London. I was anxious. The supporting service is great, provided quick and clear info. Our seats were better than we expected.

Easy and pretty straightforward for first timer. I bought a ticket one day before the match and received clear guidelines within few hrs. Customer service giving prompt response and helpful too.

I cannot fault this company at all, was abit weary but they came through. Managed to get a members only tickets for my sons birthday, tickets come through 3 days before the match and worked perfectly

Always been a bit reticent about using reselling sites for sports tickets, but I took the plunge and these folk really came through. Great customer service and price was only a little above what the original ticket was valued at. Top marks!

The ticket I was issued was in a different section than your website said it would be in. I could have purchased a ticket in the same section on other websites for $40 less for the same type of seat. I wouldn't use 1BoxOffice again based on a bad first experience.

I purchased tickets for a recent Chelsea match as a special birthday present, which were considerably above face value on the instruction they were in a specific place in the ground.

To my disappointment they were in a different place in the ground and a couple of blocks away from which I paid for.

On contacting 1BOXOFFICE they were no help or offered any compensation.

I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend.

Even if we received the three tickets for the game on time, when we arrived to the stadium, all three appeared as BLOCKED. I tried multiple times to contact the reseller via the whatsapp number provided without success.
I decided to go to the stadium ticket office, even though in the email received from 1BoxOffice was clearly advised against it, but fortunately the guy in the ticket office checked with the membership number that appeared in the ticket and gave us another three tickets, in worst places than the ones I've booked and paid.
Luckily was a "low profile" game, otherwise I know I may have been in trouble, having as a minimum lost my money but probably facing issues at the stadium.
First and lkast time I'll use this reseller
