Great service, received the tickets really quickly, communication was quick and smooth, would definitely use again. Great tickets which were same price as original with a reasonable booking fee on top. Was sat 4th row from the front on the halfway line

Received email insturctions a week before the Euros on how download the tickets very simple and assuring, ordered 3 tickets but the tickets were not together, 2 tickets seated together and 1 ticket on its own, but was only 1row below so was able to make it work.

I bought the tickets for the EURO 2024 game Belgium-Romania - what a disaster!…
I bought the tickets for the EURO 2024 game in February. Ticket delivery was supposed to be 48-24h before the event. I received them 40min before the event. I needed to talk and exchange messages for hours with the to finally get the tickets. So so much stress involved, which made the whole experience really bad. On the day of the event I spent 3h on calls and message exchanges with them to get the tickets, instead of enjoying a beer with friends before the game. Incredible level of stress involved!
As a good point, they upgraded our tickets from category 3 to 2. To note that the price I paid for tickets was twice the official one.
I would not recommend it as they are not reliable, so will never buy again with them!

Excellent service I did make a mistake I gave wrong email address it was easy contacting customer service on WhatsApp even late hours they solve my problem very easy highly recommend this company. I previously bought two tickets Albania VS Italy and also bought four more tickets. Albania vs Spain.

Was incredible, the tickets for Spains opening game were 9/10 but for the England v Serbia game they was the best tickets iv ever had, we was row 8 and Jude slid in front of us when he scored to top it off!

Waited on tickets to virtually last hour…
Waited on tickets to virtually last hour before the game. I was emailing them for a month on where my tickets are, always just promises - next week, 48 hours before, 24 hours before, then on game night etc. Very stressful, as this game involved hotels and plane tickets. At the end I got the tickets, but they were a lot worse than the one promised. They have in their own terms 25% refund in this case, based on the purchase value, not game night value - they are reselling tickets up to the last moment, which is a reason for getting them so late.

Is absolutely a scam website as I paid £2117 for a champions league final and travelled all the way to Wembley and didn’t receive the ticket, I contacted them several times before kick off and they said to me I will receive it shortly but I didn’t and had to travel back home, I asked for a refund and they replied that I will get the refund within 5 working days and it’s has been over 8 working days without a refund, they are not responding to my email anymore.
AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.
TOTALLY A SCAM!!!!!!

Denied Refund
Allowed my ticket transfer to be canceled before I could accept. Will not refund and blaming it on me for not accepting the tickets in a short time frame. 1BoxOffice contacted me 15 minutes before the tickets were canceled. Someone in the ticketing industry should understand that cell service is difficult at a match of 100k people. I paid for the ticket, I can accept it whenever I please.
They will not refund. Shady.
