I bought a ticket
I bought a ticket, the match is tomorrow and I haven't received my ticket yet. And although I send an e-mail, no one returns.
They definitely sold me the ticket on the WL4 side and it was open. It was also where the soccer players were close to the exit stand. We bought this place on purpose, paying a lot of money. On the day of the match they wanted to send me to a place on the other side, but after a fight I had to buy a ticket for WL6. I still had the WL4 ticket with the receipt. But they projected their problems onto me. Because of this site, I had to watch the match closed until it started. My advice to you is never trust this site if you are buying by selecting seats or tribunes. We had to fight to get our seats until the last match time in an amateurish way to justify themselves. Stay away from a place beyond awful.

However, we would like to clarify that the ticket you purchased was for the Longside Lower Tier in East Lower North Block 6, Row G – just seven rows from the pitch. These are excellent seats offering a close-up view of the action and fall exactly within the category you selected when placing your order.
As per our communications, we understand you were hoping to capture pre-match content for your social media, to help you build your following, but any temporary obstruction caused by stadium operations, such as interviews or broadcast equipment arranged by the football club, is unfortunately beyond our control. Your ticket provided access to the location you paid for and was delivered as described. Your review is not a fair experience and we hope potential customers reading our response will feel the same.
Additionally, while we always welcome feedback, we must stress that rude or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff is not acceptable. We are here to assist and support you, but respectful communication is essential.

Should be able to choose ZERO STARS!! This company just charged my account a 1.25 and an hour later credited it back to me. I guess they were checking to see if they could SCAM my account because I didn’t purchase anything from the country of DUBAI.
Beware!! People maybe getting tickets for a great price but that’s because they’re charging them to someone else’s stolen credit card number and walking off with the cash!! 🤬🤬

I got a ticket for a Tottenham match a day before of the match and was a bit stressed about wether my ticket was valid and legit as I’d heard few stories from my friends, but at the end of the day I could use the ticket to pass the gates and watch the match. Very handy! Thanks

I travelled from Ireland to London to watch the fireworks show on NYE. I bought 3 Tickets from 1BoxOffice at a combined cost of £370
We travelled to the pink area which is where the tickets were for and the steward looked at them and told us they were fake. Tried to contact 1BoxOffice and got nothing. Absolutely disgraceful carry on from an online company simply out to make a quick pound on anyone they can. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING.

Super goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. Tickets voor Lazio Roma tegen Atalanta Bergamo gekocht. Deze kregen we een paar dagen voor de wedstrijd via de mail binnen. Uiteindelijk door omstandigheden nog een naamswijziging moeten doorvoeren. Mijn mail werd zelfs op tweede kerstdag netjes beantwoord. De naamswijziging werd keurig op tijd verzorgd door 1boxoffice en ruim op tijd hadden we de nieuwe tickets met de juiste namen in de mail.
