Sorry for the frustration, totally understand wanting tickets straight away.
For this event (and most others), tickets are released by the organisers 24–48 hours before the event. As soon as they release them, we automatically deliver your confirmed order within that same timeframe. We mention this on our website FAQs, on the checkout confirmation page, and again in the confirmation email, so expectations are set from the start.
Your order confirmation secures your seats, and delivery just follows when the organiser issues the tickets. If you’re within 24 hours of the event, then tickets are delivered as soon as possible.

Really poor after service
Really poor after service. Event was rescheduled which I knew was not refundable and no fault of the company but they did not help me to resell and then sent me the tickets and told me I could not resell them now as they had sent them. Also told me that when I got to the event that I had to pretend the tickets were ‘gifted to me by a friend’. Will never use them again. Avoid.

When events are rescheduled, the new date is set by the event organisers, not by us. We always try to help where we can before tickets are issued. However, once tickets have been sent out, we can’t facilitate resale or reallocation. This is strictly for security and anti-fraud reasons, preventing duplication and protecting both the original purchaser and any potential new buyer.

Caveat Emptor No refunds
I booked flights to go to Italy from Ireland via London Stansted to watch Atalanta v Roma. The game was moved from Sunday to Monday a matter of days before. I lost money on four flights and two tickets. Two match tickets cost almost four hundred euros. You have a no refunds policy so that was that. Scored you two instead of one because you responded very quickly to remind me of no refunds policy.

They sell non refundable tickets no matter the conditions
I bought a ticket to watch a football match, the gates were closed and I was not informed. The tickets were not used and they did not refund me.

Terrible after sales service
I bought tickets to lazio v Parma and unfortunately the game was rearranged 5 days before from Saturday to Monday. I contacted to say I was flying home to the UK before the game and and tried several attempts to contact and try to resell. By the time they told me how to do this after 5 attempts to ask for help they had emailed me the tickets and funnily enough then told me it was now too late to resell in their site as I was in possession of the tickets. Appalling after service, just kept sending me T&Cs which state non refundable. I knew that when I bought them but due to this rescheduling I just wanted to try to resell. I ended up going into the lazio store in Rome and asked them to check the tickets for me and they said that they were not even registered under my name but under a business name in Asia so I had no way of selling another way either. The email they sent me even told me I had to say these were ‘a gift from a friend’!! Some gift!! £200 pounds spent and totally wasted- don’t waste your money also!!!!!

Unfortunately, fixture changes are made by the league or organisers at very short notice, and as a ticket marketplace, we have no control over rescheduling. Our tickets remain valid for the new date, which is why our terms state they are non-refundable. We do understand, however, how frustrating this can be if your travel plans don’t allow you to attend.
Regarding resale, our platform allows tickets to be relisted, but this process must be initiated before tickets are dispatched. In your case, by the time multiple requests came through and the tickets had already been delivered, our system was unable to accept them back for resale. We regret the delay in communication and will review this internally to ensure clearer guidance is provided faster in the future.
On the naming point: many tickets are issued directly from clubs or their partners in bulk, so they can sometimes display a business or third-party name rather than the purchaser’s. This does not affect validity, and thousands of fans enter with such tickets every season. Where required, we also provide guidance (such as the “gift from a friend” note) to make entry smooth, as this is standard practice for corporate or marketplace allocations.
We completely understand your frustration at not being able to attend, and we appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve both our communication and after-sales support.

Be careful ordering with 1BoxOffice- not advised
I ordered two tickets to see Lazio play in Rome while I was visiting the city. I ordered the tickets 5 days before the match, and 4 or 5 hours after I purchased the tickets, it was announced that the match is going to be rescheduled because it coincides with the same day that the Pope's funeral is taking place. It has been rescheduled for two days later, but I have already left Rome by then.
I had not yet received the tickets so I emailed 1BoxOffice to ask for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They have refused to refund me because they say all sales are final, despite it only being a few hours after I placed the order.
They have charged a 25% on top of the ticket price, and have suggested I could resell my tickets on their platform to sell to another buyer (which I assume will make them another 25% commission).
I understand these kinds of change in schedules are beyond their control, but given that it happened within a few hours of me making the order, I feel they should refund me as now I have spent almost €100 and I cannot attend the game through no fault of my own.
Really poor customer service- would be cautious before ordering with this company

Avoid! They Have Little Concern for their Customers
In December I bought PSG tickets for my son’s birthday for 20 April. We got great seats. Three days before the match, they said they couldn’t secure the seats we paid for but would give us lesser seats with a poor view and credit us 15€ per ticket. I refused and asked for a refund because there were actually plenty of tix left on the PSG site. Then suddenly they were magically able to produce the correct tickets. Then they sent me the tickets with the heading of 20 April on the morning of 19 April (the tix themselves had no date or time on them). So this morning (20 April) my son asked why he saw online that the game had already been played? Turns out the date changed, but they claim no responsibility for letting us know and further have no remorse about continuing to send the email correspondence with 20 April as the heading, even AFTER the date change. Lazy and negligent with little care for their customers or the little heart they broke. So there we have it, no game for my son’s birthday and not even a refund.
