website platform on phone didn't allow purchase to proceed.. very annoying and time wasting.
misleading information on pricing against pictures, standard is smaller than the picture.. used just to lure one in.. assuming everyone is stupid. just be honest..

Disappointed the bouquets did not reflect the images on the website
I was ordering flowers for work colleagues birthdays, I was really excited for them to arrive as in the pictures they looked gorgeous. They arrived this morning and I was so disappointed that I didn't want to give them to them, they didn't look like they did on the pictures on the website they looked a £7 bunch of flowers that I could have gotten from Tesco.
I emailed to let them know of my disappointment, but they couldn't resolve the issue as hadn't taken a picture the flowers in a vase. I couldn't do this as like I said these were presents which I was reluctant to actually give them but what else could I do when its for their birthday. I did take comparison pictures but cant see where to add them on.

Dead flowers delivered too late
We ordered the flowers and paid extra for next day delivery. Royal mail notified us that the flowers were out for delivery. They did not arrive, 24 hours later the landed, dead. the number of flowers delivered was far short of the image they advertised with, the condition was shocking and customer services were less than helpful.
