There was prompt delivery and good communication during transit. Fish was well packaged and arrived cold - nice to have greener packaging using less/no polystyrene. Having paid the premium price for the Dover Sole (because I knew I was going to have to fillet it for guests) it was quite disappointing to receive multiple smaller fish (making filleting more difficult). Also smaller sole should be cheaper and seem to be on the site.

I had no problems with the transaction although was surprised a little to see a different supplier name on the delivery note.

Loved it, fish is great, friendly delivery man. The only criticism I have is the copious use of vacuum packed plastic. I have also used another Newlyn fishmongers, who supply in a similar box but the fish are loose. Much better as less plastic

Having said that there may be a reason, but I don’t know about. Thank you! 🙂

Absolutely fantastic products can’t wait for next delivery..

Your fish is of excellent quality and it arrives still chilled. However, this time I have found that there is too much of the same fish e.g. sardines and mackerel. I would rather pay more - £60-£70 for a small box if I can have more variety like I did when I first ordered with you.

Excellent fish excellent delivery ordinary again next month

Visit your Newlyn Shop every time we stay in Mousehole and buy some fresh to take home. Always great product. Knowing that we are supporting a fishing fleet and harbour that is dear to our hearts adds something else. My wife runs an independent business so we always try and support the same.we will be ordering online again as delighted with our first box.
