Bought some spectacular pieces at Wristmdodign and I've been their biggest advertiser in my social circles and family.

Excellent service and beautiful work! I ordered a sub mod, and its incredible. The materials used are high-quality, and the fit is perfect. I've already recommended Wristomodding to moany, and I'll be placing another order soon.

The watch is excellent quality and was shipped to me as described and in a timely manner.

Everything worked great. The watch is simply great, better than expected

First, I felt dooped to find out that they do not even make their own watches,
but source out to a low-quality Chinese factory who make very poor quality watches. The watch I received is of horrible quality. I felt really bad when I opened the package to see a rubber guard on the watch that had rust stains. Furthermore, not only is the bezel action of horrible quality, but it gets stuck, and it needs to be forced to make it back to the 12 o'clock position. I expressed my desire to return the watch which they confirmed, but I am still waiting on customer service to get back to me with the address to send this defective watch back (Its been over a month and they still have not gotten back to me with the address). Their customer service is out of touch and they take forever to get back via email.

There are quality watches to be had from China, but Wristmodding is all marketing and no quality to show for it. I had pondered whether to buy from them for quite a while, and when I finally pulled the trigger, I can truly say that this one of my biggest buying regrets.

I would like to spare anyone who is considering buying from Wristmodding, the headaches that I have/am going through.

Please do your thorough research on this company and their customer service, or lack there of.

They never communicated back with me after reaching out multiple times. Watch case was unfinished. The metal case had spots that they missed polishing the steel. Poor craftsmanship taking too many short cuts.

I had put a 5* review on September 12, 2024 for an order of a watch at the end of 2023 Seiko Mod Daytona Rose Gold watch.

After this very good experience, I made a new order on September 20, 2024 Order #23898 for 4 watches =
2 Seiko Mod Pepsi GMT Master II
1 Seiko Mod Royal Oak Dial blue Hue
1 Seiko Mod Royal Oak Frosted with special request for the black dial instead of the white in their catalog.

On October 2 (10 days exactly as expected with additional payment for fast shipping) I received my package and when checking in the package a Seiko Mod Pepsi GMT Master II watch was missing.

Honestly I was not very happy immediately but I told myself that it was a good test to see how the after-sales service would react.
I used the chatboat and also the email to send my photos needed for the report, weighed the package which actually weighed the weight of 3 watches and not 4, and I explained the problem.
I quickly received a response and the handling of my complaint with apologies for the oversight. Ok, it can happen an error during shipping, but a double check and verification would be preferable to avoid this kind of problem in the future.
The correspondence exchanged was completely cordial and professional. I was told in 1 day that the missing watch was going to be returned and I asked urgently because I had to go abroad for a long period.
The watch arrived as requested and I am confident to leave with my watches to make my next Christmas presents.
The 4 watches are superb, well manufactured and very pleasant to wear. For now they work with the normal second deviations for the NH34 and NH35 movement, tested with electronic watch devices.

I add an important point concerning the quality and prices practiced by Wristmodding in comparison to some other modding sites which are 30%-40% more expensive (and some sites that I qualify as exaggerated and others just scams because I had a bad experience with a fake site in France called Horlogerie Abordable and then reopened with Monsieur Mod and then disappeared, so they can forget me for life).

So to summarize my 2 purchases that I made in 1 year with 5 watches, I am totally very satisfied.
I will wait a little because I have an idea for a special version that I would like to have created with a special dial and color.
Unfortunately we cannot put the pictures of the watches to show you.

I correct my text by adding that after a few weeks I exchanged by Chat with Wristmodding and received a refund notice for my customs fees incurred by sending the 2nd package. So everything is ok for this 2nd order.

My friend loved the watch so I am 100% satisfied cannot comment negatively about this shop as they did a great job.

I love wristmod and their work and I wanted one of their work and I wanted one of their clocks for a long time and I finally saved for it. I love my oak and I wear it even when I work out at the gym, beauty!

I’m absolutely blown away by this company, they are far and away ahead of any Seiko modding company!! I have bought two so far, and have referred several of my watch buddies, all who agree!!

Dear Sir,
I ordered a Seiko Seamaster mod 2023 with white dial the 11th au August 2024. You could see the complete details (order 22442). I received my masterpiece the 19th of August. When I opened it, what was my surprise... I received a watch with a silver dial, that is not what I ordered. I contacted immediatly via WhatsApp and then by mail to inform that I received a watch with wrong dial colour. I got a message back saying my request was forward to your watchmakers for finding an solution.
At today, 2 months later, I have a watch that I can not ware it, waiting to a solution from WristModding. I sent several messages and I do not have news from you. It is really not correct !
Could you pleased come back to me as soon as possible.
If no solution could be find, I request a refund.
I am looking forward to hearing from you very soon

J'ai bien reçu la montre de remplacement le 12/11/2024 et vous remercie.
Pour éviter ce genre de situation, je me permet de vous suggérer de revoir votre organisation de suivi clientèle. Pour rappel, elle m'avait laissé sans nouvelles durant deux mois malgré mes relances sur WhatsApp et par mail depuis mi-Août jusqu'à ce que je laisse un message sur Trustpilot que je remercie.

I did a lot of research before getting this gift for my husband, this shop was by far the most responsive, and offered free engraving in both the watch and the case once I told them it was for a gift, I appreciate effort such as this.watch goes, I am not exactly a watch enthusiast but this looks better than any watch I have personally used and handled at this price range.

I once bought a watch. Everything went well and it was delivered. But then I noticed that there was something mechanically wrong with the watch. I reported it and was told to take it to their watchmaker, who is 8 hours away from me. They then mentioned that I should take it to my local watchmaker and let them know how we can fix the watch. The watchmaker then said that the problem could not be solved because the parts used were not compatible. I never received a response to my emails in which I made them aware of this problem. I wrote several emails and tried to contact them trough the online chat and phone… months went by and to this day I have not heard anything from them. The watch was supposed to be repaired under warranty, but I can‘t contact the company. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I and my husband love watches and we are mods freaks and we love wristmodding. He loves his sub which they made for him in both 38 and 36mm, which no other seller was making and l love my datejusts:]

Gente veramente scortese, maleducata, ignorante, arrogante, incapace..
Fate attenzione.
Personalmente non potrò che parlarne male con chiunque intenda anche solo visitare il sito di questa azienda e di chi ci lavora.
Ripeto mai persone più tamarre e maleducate nel cambiare la verità nel modo che gli fa più comodo per nascondere tutta la loro incapacità ed essere pessime come persone.
Non mi hanno mai risposto per oltre un mese, poi quando si sono accorti che avevo sospeso il pagamento perché l’articolo ancora non mi era arrivato, mi hanno mandato 10 mail e 10 messaggi wapp in un’ora in cui mi hanno insultato in tutti i modi possibili: mi hanno dato del ladro, del pirla, del cogli.. ma come si permettono?!. È mai possibile avere persone del genere ad avere a che fare con il pubblico?
Sono persone veramente misere di animo, di istruzione, di civiltà.

Continuate a rispondere, ma dovreste stare solo zitti.. mi date del fallito (vi rendete conto?!?), ma falliti sarete voi che passate tutto il giorno ad insultare i clienti che con i loro acquisti vi danno da mangiare.

18/03/2025 Dopo mesi, personalmente non so quanti, nonostante io abbia bloccato mail e numero di cellulare (per messaggi wapp), queste persone continuano a inseguirmi, a insultarmi, a diffamarmi ancor peggio.
E nonostante il sito, su cui sto scrivendo, abbia giudicato la mie parole libere di essere pubblicate.
