Pleasantly surprised!
Fast production time and a marvelous quality. The watch even came with a premium feeling leather case and a few tools. Not the last time I'll be using them. I hope the rose-gold accents on the watch will last long, but at first glance the watch feels and looks really good!

WOW!! This is more than I expected
I recently bought the Seiko Daytona Silver Dial Mod Steel Bezel and the quality is amazing. I’m very happy this website caught my eye before buying any Casio or Tissot watches because the watches that this company offers are on another level. After you view their collection you wouldn’t want to buy any of the other brands. Their customer support also doesnt take long to respond compared to other companies. I highly recommend this site to buy your first or next watch, they ARE NOT a scam and is 100% legit. It also took 19 days to ship using the normal shipping option and came with a high quality leather case + tools. I will be buying my next watch from them!

FIVE STARS coming back for another watch soon.
FIVE STARS. I purchased a Seiko "Comex" Modded vintage style Submariner, the watch is a solid timepieces made with modern materials and with a reliable Seiko NH38 automatic movement. The watch looks and feels just like the vintage watch its should be. I am an avid collector of watches and have a varied taste, with watches that cost tens of thousands to just a few hundred. Uniqueness is something most enthusiasts are always interested in. I love the fact that Wrist Modding makes unique pieces built on solid movements that look unique, function reliably and will last. I found that their customer services was brilliant and communication via WhatsApp wonderful, and a response from them very quick. If you want bad service, bad communication and to leave the shop unsatisfied with a bad feeling? Go to your local Rolex dealer and see what happens.
If you want Wrist Modding to make something for you or change a color or attribute, just ask, they can probably do it for you. Comes highly recommended from me, I wish I would of found them sooner. Regards TopgunSaul

My friend bought a watch from them and 4 days after using it water droplets (moisture) started to dorm which makes reading the time very difficult. He raised a complaint with their chatbot. The answer was "we don't give a water restinca rating", and no this is not a typo but this is what they wrote, "and we specify in the warranty thatbwater related instances are not covered". There was no warranty card with the watch to start with. He then sent them screenshot from their website stating that the watch is waterproof. They stopped responding afterwards.

You received your watch and, as clearly shown in the photos you provided, failed to follow our usage guidelines—specifically, you did not tighten the crown as instructed. We offered a step‐by‐step solution to safely remove the humidity, and we clearly state on our website that this racing chronograph isn’t meant for immersion. However, your decision to hurl offensive and abusive remarks at our support agent is completely unacceptable. We expect all customers to treat our team with basic respect. Given your conduct, we will not be offering any further assistance. We strongly advise you not to engage with our shop again.

That's all I can say about this store. I have shopped with them so many times no, for years, since I bought their first watch years ago on Wallapop and now with a 9 watch wristmodding collection, and saw them grow and improve over the years. Really happy to see them become and authority in the landscape of modding because they do deserve it. True hard workers and amazing people, as I got to know personally the founders and all the support agents, wonderful people, wonderful watches, I am just said it took me so long to share some love:) but I finally did p.s I did have an issue with the very first watch I bought, still when did not have this website and their warranty, but they sure did replace it for me, impressive stuff.

Watches never Received with no resolution
I recently placed an order for three watches. When the order arrived via FedEx, it was opened and a Louis Vuitton bag (Copy) was in the damaged package. I informed Wrist Modding and the accused me of trying to defraud them. A second package arrived via FedEx in the original packaging, but no watches. I contacted FedEx and they accepted responsibility for the lost watches and advised me to have Wrist Modding file a claim. When I advised Wrist Modding customer service to file a claim as required by FedEx, they said I was still trying to defraud them. They refused to file a claim. I am currently out $800/Three Watches and am being forced to dispute the original charge. Wrist Modding Customer Service is anything but. They only needed to file a claim with FedEx to resolve this issue, but chose to blame me and to not even contact FedEx to confirm their admission to damaging the original shipment. This is the problem with making a purchase on line from another country

The claim that you have received two packages from FedEx, both "mailed" by us, one containing a Luis Vuitton bag, and one with our three watch cases, but no watches inside, is absolutely RIDICULOUS, and has no plausible explanation.
Also, you have sent us nothing from FedEx where they take the "responsibility" and where they try to explain this.
And you will not be able to because there is not way Fedex is telling you that they labelled a package as shipped by us, which we didn't, with some designer bag, and then also say that they sent you another package from us, but opened and took the 3 watches off the cases.
Please do share with us FedEx saying these things that are absolutely nonsense, and a clear case of credit card fraud, that we will hold you accountable for.
You sent told us that the "second package" with the three "empty watch cases" arrived, very conveniently only after we showed you that the watchmaker had taken the pictures of your watches prior to shipment, with the label attached, making your Luis Vuitton bag story you started to run with initially impossible. Making this nonsense about another package arriving with the watches stolen by FedEx even more impossible.
You never even showed us the two packages "sent to you" which you supposedly have, next to each other, with two labels that have us as the sender (even though we paid one to fedex and shipped one package to your name) and you as the receiver, because the don't exist, one you made up trying to get us with that bag nonsense, and one you did have with the watches, that you tried to make disappear from their boxes, also what a sleek thief the guy from FedEx, that open the package, took only the watches, but left the leather cases and all the extra steel straps you had ordered.
And you have the courage to share this fraudulent nonsense publicly?
Grifters who attempt these petty frauds on small businesses should be held accountable.
