La montre n'allait pas , le bracelet était beaucoup trop grand malgré que j'avais précisé que c'était pour une femme, ça n'aurait jamais allé le bracelet est beaucoup trop rigide. Je renvoie donc la montre à mes frais en Espagne à Barcelone et là ils n'ont jamais réceptionné le colis donc le colis est en train de revenir en France et je n'ai pas de nouvelles à mes mails que je leur ai envoyé donc là je ne sais plus quoi faire ... Repayer encore 14 euros à mes frais pour que ça se repasse pareil ??? Pour une montre à 225 euros la prise en charge est ridicule !

For this price range the product is ramarcable, well built, and more importantly, looks absolutely stunning.

Excellent product, beautiful and exactly the same as in the photos, working perfectly. And the organization is a 10, they solve everything quickly. Totally recommended.

I ordered a Seiko modded GMT November 9, 2024….and have not heard anything from Wrist modding…after sending emails and trying to get in touch via WhatsApp…still no response…it was supposed to be a Christmas gift…..very disappointed in their lack of communication…

I see your response regarding that you cannot find my order in your database…then you must not be looking …my order number is 26857…
I emailed you on 12/21/2024..and you stated that I will get a refund…however nothing has been refunded..
I did get a response to my WhatsApp inquiry that I placed on 12/20/2024 via WhatsApp…on 12/31/2024….and again you said that you would proceed with cancelling my order and a refund…

I will be happy to update my review once the refund has been issued…

I am happy to report that Wristmodding did send me a refund! They did what they promised! In this day and age that is a nice gesture on their part…

I ordered a watch from them and paid extra $30+ for express shipping. I never received tracking or updates. 6 days after I placed the order I reached out to them asking for an update and they responded that assembly takes 4 days. I was complacent and basically said ok. Couple days later I emailed them again, then again, then again. On day 10 I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund since I was going out of town for the holidays and wasnt going to be home for 2 weeks, which is why I paid for express delivery. I live in an apartment building where packages are just left by the mailboxes. They still never responded.

I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and opened a claim. I get home today and theres the watch!!

I called my cc company to cancel the claim but was told an investigation has been opened and they need to contact the merchant before anything were to proceed. I emailed wristmodding apologetically and explained to them the situation and that I would cancel my claim and make sure to get them paid.

Their response, which was almost immediate by the way, was “what absurdities. Were not amazon… you have not paid for this order, hence you will return it.”

Then as Im playing with the watch… the thing doesnt even work?!? Mind you Ive owned dozens of automatic watches and understand how they function. Again, I told them initially how sorry I was and was going to cancel the claim but it was in process so had to wait for the investigation to come back to me.

However because the watch is faulty and his lack of professionalism, Im returning the watch and will move forward with the claim.

This was their last email they sent to me…
“It's an automatic watch. It works once you start wearing it, or you hand-wind it.
You did not cancel the dispute so it doesn't matter to us what you say, and the fact that you placed it was just classic, abusive American nonsense.
Because consumerism has fried your brains and you can't understand that a small company can be busy and not yet seen your emails. And not everyone runs on Amazon-like schedule.
Your luck of hunderstanding as a human is astounding, we're not some sweatshop. I know you guys are used to dealing with that usually.”

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is in response to the merchants reply:

I actually returned the watch and sent him, via email, the Fedex tracking number. I guess that because they are busy and a small company (unlike Amazon) like he has explained that they just dont have the time to check emails for their business. I suppose I should have Whatsapped him?

Bottom line is there was a lack of communication followed by a very defensive response with insults to the customer. Not to just me but apparently all American consumers that have been “brainwashed.” Never once was there any accountability or attempt to work with me. I apologized to them more than once for my impulsiveness (even though I felt it was valid) and tried to explain to them the process for the credit card claim and would make sure they would get paid. Up until their insults and plain offensive professional practice, and of course the faulty watch that didnt even work, I was willing to work with them to come up with a solution.

Even their response below displays their inability to take into account anything I had explained and my efforts to resolve the issue in an amicable way. They actually think I am stealing from them.

Good luck with your business. Im moving forward with the claim which technically at this point should just be a simple return and refund.

You get what you paid for. A minor mistake with my watch dial but overall was satisfied with how the watch came out.
My main gripe was trying to contact the company about my tracking number. “Hoe can I assist you if you don't provide your order number” was the first response I got even though the order number was in the subject prompt. No proper introduction or salutation in that message. Soon after I did receive my tracking number, again with no proper greeting or salutation.
When the company reads this I want them to take this as criticism and not as an insult. If you want people to keep purchasing your products, communicate with clear intentions and proper greetings. I’ve read the bad reviews on here and see that whoever from the company responds to these tends to blame the customer and not take any accountability for anything. Something needs to change with the customer service end.

I am so happy with my 2 watches, exactly as advertised and quality built!! Good value for money!! I originally received the wrong watch, but after contacting them and verified that wrong shipping, the quickly dispatched the correct one. Will buy again

Mine was delivered from Barcelona and arrived in Milan after 2 weeks from ordering, and the watch looks stunning.

Watch is great (Seiko Explorer 2 style mod/ homage) but wanted to give a rating because of the service. The wrong watch was sent initially (a very similar one but with a serrated movable bezel) and they got the correct watch sent out to me promptly, and also refunded my postage costs for returning the initial watch promptly too. So very happy with both the service and watch :)

I got the Seiko GMT in gold with an Oyster bracelet. What a beautiful watch. I have ordered a couple of Seiko mods before but this is a beautiful build and the GMT hand works a treat.

I'll definitely be getting another, probably a two tone one after all our Christmas expenses when I can afford it.

don’t listen to the comments i bought a seiko datejust mod for my boyfriend and it has came in perfect condition, whenever i had a question they always responded quickly and nicely, the delivery was around two weeks which was a lot quicker than expected. amazing watches amazing prices and an amazing company definitely would buy again.

I keep buying from wm and this is the first time I comment publicly, as I wanted to make sure they kept up the good quality and continued assisting me if necessary, this is now the seond confidence that I have nothing to complain about. I also had and issue with my sedond watch wrong bezel color sent and they replaced it within a couple of weeks, so great after sale support, I reeived most of my watches from Barcelona and 2 from asia, one from singapore, shipment time was always respected and the quality of these builds is truly impressive, and since I've been buying from them for so long they did offer me special pricing wich I appreciate a lot. They have also asked me to review them but never pressured me. and never asked me again when they saw I did't I don't like to leave reviews and I do it only when I'm confident of what I'm saying I loo forward to buy more watches from this shop, and I thank Raquel and Hersi from the support team for assiting me in all my purchases and for being lovely to deal with.

Amazing in my experience, watch has lasted me a year or two with no issues at all. Only issue was the rubber strap broke, but support was quick to send a replacement. Sometimes I leave my watch for days on end only to pick it up again and see that its still on time, give half a minute or so.

Overall amazing quality.

The watches are very nice. I like it a lot. I purchased a Batman GMT mod. I will order another one. It is also very affordable in terms of price. Customer communication services are also very successful. You can order safely without any hesitation.
