From the first phone call Wright Surveys were so helpful. There were understanding of what was required and provided good advice. They fitted our appointment in at the earliest point and then provided the full report very quickly after the survey. Will definitely be using again.

The team at Wright Surveys carried out a building survey for me on a property that I’m purchasing. All were very friendly, professional and efficient. The report was carried out quickly and is greatly detailed with useful advice. I will definitely use again if the occasion rises and could not recommend more.

Andy and team couldn’t be more helpful- they’ve done two surveys for me now and both delivered promptly with a very detailed report arriving only a day or so later. They always answer my calls and questions and give me really valuable and honest advice that made me feel comfortable and confident about my house purchase. Would always go back to them.

Fiirst rate experience. Clear reporting, friendly service, prompt and thorough.

After being referred to wright surveys from our mortgage broker, we had an informative conversation with one of their staff about their packages, everyone we spoke to within the company was kind and helpful as this is the first time I’ve purchased a property I was unsure of a lot of things.

The survey itself was extremely descriptive and sent to us only 2/3 days after they entered the property.

Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely superb service from Wright Surveys. A comprehensive and thorough report showing great detail and produced extremely quickly.

Would highly recommend

As soon as I had contact with them they took all my concerns away. Answered all my questions and promptly came out to do the survey. The report also was clear to understand and came back earlier than anticipated. Many thanks and would recommend them.

Very good report and survey back on a property we are purchasing. Very informative and the team didn't try to oversell unnecessary addons. Would strongly recommend and would use again. Quick responses.

I have used Wright surveys twice now and both times I have received and excellent service from them. From start to finish they have made their service very streamline and uncomplicated. They was able to book in very quickly and had the survey back very soon after the visit. I would certainly recommend them.

Very helpful and friendly team. The work carried out was very comprehensive with a quick turn around. They were also happy to answer follow up questions i had relating to the survey.

The work was carried quickly and efficiently the presentation of the survey was easy to understand

Andrew has carried out a very professional building survey and promptly delivered an extensive report on every single detail about the property. We researched a lot across different surveying companies and seen many sample building survey reports (Level 3) until we ended up with Wright Surveys and we're now sure we made the right decision for an efficient inspection and a thorough report.
The differentiating piece with Wright Surveys is that they were very responsive even 2-3 weeks after we received the report, due to some late arriving documents. Great communication, in-depth information and excellent service. Highly recommended

Absolutely excellent service. I had an immediate response from the company and a quotation by the end of the same day I got in touch. The booking for the survey was confirmed the following day, and the inspection took place a few days after that.

The company liaised directly with the agents and made all arrangements without any involvement from me.

It was clear from the report they provided that an extensive level of attention and scrutiny had gone into the inspection.

The report itself was a highly detailed document, covering every aspect of the property, and filled with pertinent information and professional advice, as well as detailed photographic evidence to support the findings and recommendations.

Andy and his team are highly professional, and I recommend them with every confidence.

From first point of contact to receiving the survery report, was nothing but professional. The contact all be it via email which was extremely helpful, especially with work, was able to work around. Was kept up to date all through the stages. Would highly recommend.
