Feetsers Arvostelua 12

This is a fraudulent company - do NOT order from them! They sent me fake Hoka shoes from China and would not accept a return for a full refund unless I shipped them to some freight-forwarding warehouse near JFK airport in the USA.

I placed an order with Feetsers, but they shipped me the wrong size. When I initiated a return, they first offered me a 20% refund—which was pointless because I can’t wear shoes that don’t fit. When I insisted on a full refund or an exchange for the correct size, they upped it to a 40% refund but said I’d have to return the item to the US at my own expense to get the rest back.

This is misleading and unfair to UK customers. Be aware that if you receive the wrong product, you will be stuck with costly international returns or pressured to accept partial refunds. In my experience, this is effectively a scam on UK buyers. Please be very careful and consider buying elsewhere.

I checked the reviews on here before ordering which were positive- on looking again now they all look pretty fake. People in the UK don't generally talk in the way these are written and all by people with 1 review only.

Ordered some Hoka trainers which took a long time to come, and they didn't fit so asked to return them. The website states that their registered office is in the UK, I expected to pay return costs within the UK.

However when I received a reply from customer service they said I had to post them to the US at my own cost!! They eventually agreed on a partial refund and I sold them on. They only email at odd hours of the night so customer service also not based in the UK.

I have given them 2 stars as unlike the below review I do think they were genuine based on comparing them to the replacement pair I bought on the high street, but I'm no expert. They did also follow through on the promise of the partial refund.

However claiming they are in the UK and then making it impossible to return items is super shady. Do not use.

I ordered Hoka trainers on 12/6/25 and received an email confirming despatch. I then received a text saying they would be delivered on 23/6/25. On tracking the delivery package which was originally showing as being received in Glasgow mail centre it was subsequently then showing as being returned to Gatwick mail centre on 25/6/25! I have tried to contact you several times for an update and have had one reply saying this is normal transit. I have now asked for a full refund including postage so will see how that goes.

I ordered 3 pairs of Hokas from here and they are fakes - labels are all wrong and 1 pair is half worn on sole after a 10mile walk on treadmill!

I wrote to them and they offered me a 20% discount on FAKEs!! Have now offered me 40%!

I have asked for a full refund!

Update: Company are now telling me I need to return products to US NOT UK at my cost if I want a refund!

Placed my order 17 days ago and still haven’t received anything. I contacted support and they said it’s in transit, but I expected it by now.
