Plugin functionality and Support is awesome!

I'm really satisfied with this plugin and all its options! It allows me to focus on my core business (teaching French) while Amelia deals with all the bookings :) Plus, the guys are reactive when I need help from them.

Je l'ai installé et ça bug sans cesse aux niveaux des notifications.
Du coup je ne peux pas compter sur lui.
j'ai pris une version payante, l'assistance répond rapidement mais ne vous apporte pas de solution, il suffit de regarder le nombre de ticket ouvert concernant les problèmes de notifications. Si j'avais regarder d'abord ces ticket et les avis je ne l'aurais clairement pas acheté.
Je suis hyper deçu et surtout j'ai passé des heures de configuration pour rien...

The best events and booking plugin I've used is easy to set up and use. I also had to use their support for a small issue which was not the plugin, they responded quickly and fixed my issue highly recommend

I think is the best booking and appointment management plugin out there.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I've had with a WordPress plugin in over two decades of WordPress development.

ESPECIALLY if you have any sales people that are in different timezones, or if you plan on making ANY integrations, this plugin is beyond buggy. They are super inconsistent on whether they show you the server's timezone or your user's.

Data validation on forms is often not enforced, causing failures and missed calls down the line.

If you setup any webhooks, fields are randomly dropped - and not user-entered ones. Things like "meeting duration" will randomly show up as null, likely due to an unhandled error on the Amelia side they don't make any log or notification of.

The plugin makes a WordPress user for every single customer who signs up, by default and - while this may be common in some plugins - may come to you as a surprise as your WordPress user management quickly becomes untenable.

Because Amelia decides to secondarily load pages, if you're on a host with 10s+ admin page load times, every time you click an Amelia link you're going to be waiting double the time. There's also no benefit to coding this way, because they're not providing websocket or real-time updates.

This is just really, really bad development and it means we spend 10x longer trying to figure out who we're calling, often missing calls. Don't be a WPAmelia customer, it's a headache.

We used it for about a month, and are currently tabling all other development to rip it out - it's that bad.

I am using Amelia on 3 client websites and I'm really happy with the functionality given by this plugin. For booking appointments and events, with employee and client dashboards it's perfect.
Moreover, the technical support is very reactive and answered all issues I could encounter...

WP Amelia is a great booking tool that has a nice look and feel right out of the box. It is a bit overwhelming at first because of the many settings you have but the customer service support is great. I cant recommend this plugin ennough.

The plugin installs seamlessly without conflict with other plugins, it is easy to setup, despite it having a huge range of features and options these are laid out so you can get up and running quickly and then adapt/tweak to suit your requirements later. We had been using other booking plugins, none of which came close to the functionality of Amelia. There is a free version to try out many of the features - we had this installed for just a few days before being convinced the full version was the way to go. Pricing structure is great so you don't need to pay for the bits you don't need -and lifetime licenses make this a very affordable option. The support available is excellent -very knowledgeable and responsive teams who know the answers to the most obscure questions.

I'm not sure why this plugin isn't more popular. It's probably the best booking plugin I've ever tried, yet I hear about it far less often than some of its competitors, or even some less essential plugins.

Amelia is not just a booking plugin, it's also a very visually appealing addition to my website. Because of my positive experience with the free version, I also purchased the Pro version, even though I rarely use it (the free version covers almost all of my needs).

Here are some of the things I like about Amelia:

- It's easy to use, both for me and for my clients.
- It's very customizable, so I can make it look and work exactly the way I want.
- It's reliable and has never let me down.
- The support team is responsive and helpful.
- SMS notifications are amazing addition

Here are a few things that could be improved:

- The price is a bit high, especially for the Pro version.
- I would like to see more video tutorial, especially for clients (not developers)

Overall, I highly recommend Amelia to anyone looking for a booking plugin for their WordPress website. It's a great value for the price, and it's sure to make your life easier.

This is a wonderful and easy booking plugin.

It supports Multi language, based on the WP settings or if you use an extra plugin. Has a lot of integrations Google, Zoom, Office to connect with their agenda.

I hope they will integrate the WebDAV protocol in the near future.

The customer front-end is handy if the customer needs to adjust their info. There's also the employee front end which is very useful. Not every employee need to be in the back-end. :-)

It even has a financial overview for ticketing or other services. The overview can be for each venue or service.

I would say this is a complete booking platform on your own WP hosting. No need for external sites like Hipsy or Eventbrite.

Their support is really fast and helpful. I faced a few configurations issues, which they resolved very quick.

I had a issue with the plugin that I just coudn't solve. Everything was set up correctly and it seemed like a dead end.

Then I tried contacting their support and I got great service.
I talk to a Stefan who was very understanding of my issue. At many software supports I always feel like im talked down to, but that was not the case here. And most important they found the issue and was able to fix it. All within a work week.

So even though I have had an issue with the plugin im giving it 5 stars, I don't expect any plugin to be 100% bugfree, so when the support is excellent and I can get the issues fixed quick im happy.

The support is awesome! I had a few questions along the way and everything got solved very quickly. Big thanks to Marko and Uros!

My experience was good, it met almost all the parameters we need to make the schedules. There are some aspects to improve such as:
1. More than one employee can be added to the reservation.
2. Make the reservation cards in the calendar configurable so that when you hover the cursor over them you can see other data.
3.When creating a reservation from the calendar, the client's telephone number can be incorporated.

Very good and economic way to add bookings in your WordPress page. It is not the easiest configuration but they have a good but slowly help ticket support. Quality price plugin
