Working with customer support in MemberPress, and Omar in particular, has been shockingly great. No quick, confusing answers that leave you with more questions — long, detailed explanations that completely clarify the situation. And when I had an unusual situation, they developed a plug-in for me to cover it! Absolutely outstanding!

I have been using Memberpress currently on 4 different client sites for over 6 years total. Their system is simple to use and support our user bases with, and their support team is quick and goes indepth quickly to help get to the bottom of any potential platform issues to keep things running smoothly. I have had particularly great experiences with support from both Sam and Sinisa who have helped me out on numerous occasions over the years. They are one of the best support teams I have ever encountered.

for me as a beginner it felt like a big challenge to set up a members area for my recently created web site, fortunately, i was not that complicated, i really appreciate simply solutions

I have tried. couple of different platforms, Memberpress meets my needs, offers learning opportunities and doesn't break the bank. I have stopped looking fir another and now use this exclusively.

A quick and easy way to introduce paywalls to a Wordpress site. No hassle, just 'plug and play'  – the detailed instructions make it easy to set up and implement, and the regular emails with tips and hints are of huge benefit. Good value too!

We started our coaching/training membership site on Memberpress on a recommendation from our web developer. Then we switched away to a different system for the membership portion of our site only to find that Memberpress is the best option! We didn't know what we were missing until we left and came back.

I have been using MemberPress for 6 years now and it has been awesome! Just recently I installed an add-on and encounted a small issue. I contacted support and they found & fixed the issue for me. The issue was actually my error with some CSS code I got wrong. I would fully recommend MemberPress software & their Support team. Cheers... Mark

So far so good. Easy integration into wordpress website, cost effective solutions, good support.

The integrated system is phenomenal. But in this age of talking to bots on the phone, having to deal with online products who’s complexity is a derivative of outdated technology leading to searching for answers for hours, this experience with Memberpress is the total opposite. Their support team is available. Their tutorials are easily accessible, and there are two online question and answer meetings monthly where every question is addressed clearly and it is just great info for everyone on the call! I’m very excited about their newest function, the ability to create an app for your membership!

MemberPress has been an integral part of my training courses for approximately the past 5 years. I would not have been able to make the pivot within the business during COVID without it. The support and assistance have always been wonderful, and the new features they keep developing make it an excellent value for money. I can's wait to see what they develop to make it even better.

Asked the right questions to understand our requirements and provided responses on what was achievable and not possible.

I’ve had a generally good experience using MemberPress. The plugin itself is solid and reliable, and it integrates well with WordPress. It handles memberships, payments, and access rules cleanly, and once set up properly, it runs with minimal intervention.

Where things could be improved is around billing transparency. The initial pricing is discounted, but the renewal jumps to full price, which isn’t always obvious unless you dig into the details. In our case, this caused some confusion when the annual renewal came through.

Overall, the product works well and does what it’s designed to do, but clearer communication around renewals and billing would make the experience better.

I have used MemberPress for years and MemberPress Courses for 2 years. My website is complex and has a lot of custom code and functionality, all of which MemberPress has handled very well. I recently had a coding issue dealing with interconnections between multiple other software programs that I couldn’t figure out even after 2 days of work. I contacted MemberPress and Sam gave me the exact pieces I needed to get it working. I now have a fully functional private group system that automatically establishes membership roles using a coupon. It took very little time at all. I couldn’t be more pleased that I am using MemberPress and their excellent customer service.

The Memberpress support team is always extremely quick to respond to our often quite specific requests. Even if the solution sometimes isn't too straightforward the team is consistently trying to work toward a solution with us, keeping us in the loop with suggestions for workarounds until we find a permanent solution - Which we do always end up finding. We cannot recommend their customer service enough.

I have been using Memberpress since 2021 and am very satisfied. When problems have arisen, the support team has been very quick to respond and impressively competent. It is clear that they are people who really know what they are doing.

The programme is not difficult, but it is a little complex. You need to be prepared to learn a few new things when you install Memberpress. There are many good videos and manuals to help you with this.

And when those are not enough, support is there, of course.
