Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié avec Amelia, c’est sa flexibilité. Le plugin s’adapte facilement à différents types d’activités et de configurations. Il offre de nombreuses options pour personnaliser les services, les horaires, les employés, et même les intégrations avec d’autres outils comme Google Calendar ou Zoom.

It is a truly excellent application designed for all kinds of appointment requests. I recommend it a thousand percent. I have been using it for my wellness and beauty salon for years. They respond immediately for all kinds of support.

Excellent booking plugin with a bright future

The plugin does exactly what you'd expect it to do.
Enabling bookings on a website and dealing with all the associated issues are very complex. There are still some aspects missing that deserve to be managed directly within Amelia, but I know this is already in the pipeline.
As the plugin is open to customizations in general and integrations with Woocommerce, for example, it's possible to create a complete and complex environment to meet almost any requirement.

Developer support is responsive and takes the time to research solutions with you, which is a huge plus.

Another plus is the price, which is very reasonable for what you can do with the plugin. Compared to the competition, who often charge very high prices for a product of mediocre quality.

I'd simply recommend Amélia: it works well, and it's possible to integrate with complex issues.

The set-up is very complicated, and takes really long. While they offer you a 15 day money back guarantee if you have a fairly complex business with multiple branches it can take longer than 15 days just to set it up and at that point you haven’t even started using it to see if it’s going to work but then you have paid for a year… so whether it works or not you have invested for a year. On the pro plan you get support but it takes long from them to respond meaning the project stalls while you wait. It seems the Amelia Manager functionality is tied to the Wordpress Admin functionality. I have 7 branches all with branch managers. Now to give them proper admin access I have to give each of them full admin access to my Wordpress dashboard which is extremely risky. You cannot seem to set Amelia Manager access at the branch level either meaning all managers have full admin access to all locations….. again high risk. Appointments save on the front end but can’t get them to save on the backend. As soon as you get one element working, and element that was working suddenly stops. All in all I have found it a frustrating system to try set up.

Amelia started off as a great booking plugin, but I've experienced ongoing issues where customers can book without being charged the required deposit — even when events are set to online payment only. Despite sharing detailed evidence, support repeatedly told me they couldn’t replicate the issue and offered no real solution. This has led to lost income, no-shows, and hours of extra work. Very disappointing support for a paid plugin.

Une vraie galère à installer malgré les tutos. C'est très mal expliqué car il y a un ordre précis de paramétrage que vous découvrez après de longue heures à chercher. Ce n'est vraiment pas clair .
La satisfaction d'avoir réussis va disparaitre lorsque plusieurs semaine ou mois plus tard vous vous rendez compte que vos clients ne reçoivent plus de notifications alors que cela fonctionnait bien avant et que vous n'avez rien changer. Cela m'est arrivé plusieurs fois, j'ai abandonné l'envoi de notification car ce n'est pas fiable.
Une entreprise à besoin que cela fonctionne.
Dernièrement j'ai voulu changer l'adresse car j'ai déménager: impossible !
Ne gaspiller pas votre argent, je vais passer sur une plateforme payante certes beaucoup plus cher Mais FIABLE.
Conclusion WPAMELIA fonctionne très bien lorsqu'il n'y a pas de bug ( ils sont fréquent).
Installation assez compliquée et désordonnée même pour un webmaster.

I had high hopes for Amelia, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. While the booking system itself has potential, the overall experience is completely ruined by their abysmal customer support.

First off, getting a response from their support team is like pulling teeth. If you have an urgent issue, don’t expect a quick resolution—heck, don’t expect a resolution at all! They take days to reply, and when they do, it’s often a generic, copy-paste response that doesn’t even address the problem properly. It’s clear that they either don’t care or don’t have enough staff to support their users.

Even worse, their documentation is vague and incomplete, which means if you run into a technical issue, you’re left scrambling to figure things out on your own. And good luck if something breaks—because support certainly won’t help you in time to save your business from frustrated clients.

I regret choosing Amelia for my booking system, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are far better alternatives out there with actual customer support that values your time and business.

The best booking app. I worked with several booking apps. And found this one the best. Because of total self-control.
It takes a bit of time to get it set up. But they have a great customer service, very helpful and think with you.
My clients also love the new system. And pricewise it is very has a good level. So I recommend!

Ho comprato la versione elite illimitata per centinaia di euro ed è impossibile mettersi in contatto con il supporto, non posso accedere alla licenza, non mi è arrivata alcuna email di conferma, l'importo è stato scalato dalla mio conto corrente... è possibile una cosa del genere?!

COMPLETELY USELESS - we have had to ask for our money back as this plugin has not worked properly at any point, it has not synced with Google properly, it has not connected with stripe, and even the updates don't show. It has been over a month that we have tried to get Amelia support to support us, we are not developers and we just get what like like generic AI generated responses.

Regret purchasing this plugin. So many issues and support is very slow to respond, usually 2-3 days and don't fix the issues. I have an urgent issue and gave the agent access to my dashboard 6 days ago and still waiting for a fix! My business relies on this being fixed. No urgency whatsoever and just fob you off with vague and unhelpful responses. Avoid!

Bought the app without even trying it.
It is working smoothly and the customerservice is heplfull ad patient with dinosuares like me (60 years female).
I had every running after one week.
First needed to understand the way if worked. But again, they bend over backwards to understand you and help out.
And I am up and running now.
