This is one of the best booking plugin I know on wordpress. The support team is also very quick to help when you encounter any problems.

No more e-mail back and forth with my customers thanks to Amelia.
The support is efficient, though I would sometimes like it a bit faster ;-)
Some details could be improved but I'm sure they will.

Je ne regrette pas l'achat de ce plugin, je l'utilise pour faire des réservations en ligne avec Stripe sans avoir à utiliser WooCommerce (même si c'est compatible avec le plugin, je trouve ça plus rapide sans). On peut faire des acomptes ce qui était un point important pour moi. On peut traduire tous les termes du plugin donc c'est un bon point aussi.
Le design des formulaires de réservations est plus sympa que celui des autres plugins que j'avais testé.
Le support est hyper rapide pour répondre et aider quand il y a un problème.

Pour l'instant les seuls défauts que je trouve au plugin c'est le format HTML pour les emails qui adapte et réécrit votre code pour que ça lui corresponde mieux; il faut donc avoir un code assez basique avec des paragraphes et des images. Et pas de CSS inline possible.
Il n'y a pas encore d'option pour ajouter la TVA avec Stripe directement MAIS l'équipe travaille déjà sur une solution et si vraiment vous en avez besoin, il faudra passer par WooCommerce car il gère les taxes.

Even a very powerful tool like Wp Amelia can't answer 100% to all cases (it's the case for all these kind of plugins), but we feel a great motivation to make the product evolve to successfully deal with the most recurrent cases.

I had compared alot of plugins like: bookly, booking salon, Simplybook and others, but Amelia had the functions (Empolyee Booking Managment) and look (RWD) that I was looking for.

We use it for Eventbooking and we have a lot of non-digital-natives as customers and they love the Customer-Panel because of its ease of use. Also the Employee cant rave enough about the Employee-FrontPanel. I choose the plugin because it seemed to be a good booking plugin --> what followed was one positve surprise after the other. Also I wrote quite a few support ticket and had a really great experience with them. Even on X-mas holidays I didn´t had to wait too long for support --> regularly they answer in the span of 24 hours.

Really good service and support and an outstanding plugin with many features

Being a new customer I have had quite a few questions regarding setup and functionality, I have to say the service has been fantastic.

Whilst there have been a couple of things that are limitations of the application, all my answers have been provided quickly and it's clear they are willing to go above & beyond with thier advice and guidance.

I am quite a new user of Amelia. I offer live yoga classes and needed an option for people to book classes for a whole semester or just a few classes! For a very fair price, I get all the features I need to do so. The support was also very helpful when I came up with some questions about customization.

Could there be more features added? Sure! But does it work as described? Absolutely!

The list of features I would like to add:

- Recurring event with specific dates rather then every Monday as an example.
-Notifications on specific dates for a specific event (again, instead of 1h/day before)
-Possibility to create offers for events not only services

Voilà!
I would recommend for every business with a stable schedule. (As services have more options then events).

Great customer support and an evolving product that continues to improve. No doubt there is probably a mind-boggling different set of requirements and customizations necessary for every client - but they continue to make the product more adaptable to individual customer needs.

Top player amongst booking plugins. So far so good. Whole UX process from users perspective feel smooth and modern. The plugin is customisable, although I would welcome some more advanced styling options especially of calendar view. Still 5/5.

I've used all of the popular booking solutions for Wordpress in the last 10 years, and the problem I have had with all of them is:

1. A lack of configurability and tedious management, having to rely on third party plugins or addons to add functionality that should be out of the box.

2. The user experience of a customer booking an appointment. Whilst not all are bad, most are not to the standard you'd expect.

Amelia blows all of the competition out of the water. I've been able to do stuff through this plugin that would otherwise cost me more time, more money or both with the competitors.

I have so many positive things to say about it. From the pricing, all the way through to configuring it and also how reliable and stable it is.

Simple things such as being able to create an event and have the option to recur each booking whilst treating the individual event dates as separate events (For example a fitness class that happens at the same time every week, but doesn't always have the same attendees) – saves hours of admin time of creating events. But also at the same time having the option to add a series of events (such as a 4 week course) that a user pays once for and has access to all events at once is invaluable from a management perspective.

The other solutions out there either make it easy on the admin and difficult for the user, or vice versa. Amelia is a great experience for both, consistently.

Amelia also handles scheduling and working hours like a dream. Being able to pick Employees' individual services, working hours, time off and 'special days' is just fantastic from a management perspective.

The packages option, combined with the step-by-step customer booking form has been optimised for conversion out of the box. It converts, and it does it whilst looking great.

Not only is the frontend slick, organised and good looking – so is the management side. It's been an absolute pleasure configuring the plugin and learning how customisable it is along the way. Not only that, it's really really fast to make changes. I got a new client site set up from nothing to complete and live in 3 days

The customer support so far has been good, and the fact they offer a lifetime license is an excellent move that I think everyone should be doing.

I have a few suggestions that will make the plugin better:

1. Being able to add packages for Events and not just Appointments – so the user can sign up for a monthly pass that gives them access to x amount of classes, or unlimited classes.

2. Built-in customer subscriptions. Amelia can be set up to work with WooCommerce's checkout and handle subscriptions, memberships etc – but I want that seamless checkout experience that you get without redirecting to WooCommerce or having another plugin installed. Being able to offer a subscription at point of sale would be fantastic. Even just having a 'recurring' package that charges the user every month.

In summary - If you're looking for a booking solution that is an absolute pleasure to use and set up, this is the one for you.
