Loved working out with Matteo, perfect balance of professionalism ( knows what he’s doing) and being personable and fun. His classes can get intense in a good way, leaving there feeling you’ve completed a solid session. His playlist are 1000/100 also

Matteo is a fantastic trainer. I had the chance to train with him on multiple occasions in different studios and he consistently impressed me with his programming, and ability to motivate and care for his clients.

Matteo is the best! I've now been training with him for 3 years, and can say with certaintly he is the reason I have stayed consistent in weight training for the first time in my life. He somehow manages to be gentle but firm in his encouragement, helping me achieve my goals in terms of weights and fitness and making the process genuinely enjoyable, while also building my confidence in the gym environment. He keeps his sessions varied but structured so you are always working towards something.

Also have to shoutout the playlists which are always bringing the motivational sass vibes.

I love attending Matteos classes. He explains everything so well and pushes you… he is also incredibly funny and warm which is always a nice ice breaker in a group session. I always look forwards to his classes.

I’ve been to plenty of gyms in London including Third Space but none were as enjoyable as Blok, mainly because they had an amazing instructor like Matteo for both the running club and BlokFit classes! His positive energy and expertise rub off on everyone around him, and he truly excels at everything he does 👏 I trained for my first half-marathon with him and set a personal best of 1 hour 50 minutes thanks to his guidance, highly recommended.

When I started training with Matteo in 2021, my goal was to improve my fitness and get into the best shape of my life. What I didn't expect was that he would completely transform the way I think about exercise.

Training with Matteo has given me so much more than physical results. I've become stronger, healthier, more confident, and I've developed a relationship with exercise that I never thought was possible. His sessions are not only good for your body—they're good for your soul.

I have trained with Matteo for many years now, both through his classes and personalised running plans. He is always the energy you need in the room - fun but professional, challenging classes, great playlists and no matter how many people are in the class, a 1-2-1 coaching experience where you feel guided and motivated to push harder. Recently he has generate a personalised running plan which allowed me to comfortable progress from running 5km to 15km in just 12 weeks, personalised to my goals but also ensuring it was steadily achievable and worked around my training schedule. I could not recommend him more!

I met Matteo while he was a coach at Rowbots. Hands down the most motivating, fun instructor I have had, I wouldn’t never miss a single class. I would 100% recommend!

I went on Matteo’s Tuscan retreat last year and it was so good, I’m going on his Puglian one this year! I’m a regular solo traveller and have been on a few retreats. This was up there with the best! It was lots of fun but I also benefited from the great workouts even in the short time. He’s a great organiser and has picked a good team!

Where do I even start when it comes to writing a review about Matteo? I've been going to his classes since 2019, and he truly is the most funny, professional, kind, and, of course, cheeky instructor you could wish for.
He makes everyone feel welcome no matter what their fitness level is. His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and in his classes you will be pushing yourself with a big smile on your face. Every session leaves you feeling stronger, happier, and looking forward to the next one.
Matteo genuinely cares about his clients and I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for an outstanding instructor. He’s the best!

Motivating and fun!

Matteo is a fantastic trainer - he motivates me to train with weights I didn’t know I could and surprisingly even enjoy it because he makes it so much fun. His charming personality makes me laugh through the sweat and pain, yes pain! I keep coming back for more because I can see and feel the results.

Matteo is very friendly and welcoming. You might get some comedy as you’re being pushed to better yourself! Recommended.

My fav trainer. Always whips me into shape, off my phone, get down and be in the is room gurl! The lolz are infectious and combat the early am’s the Mondays and the grey skies. Matteo is one of the best trainers I have worked with. Not only is he incredibly motivating, but he really understands how far you can push yourself at an individual level, tailoring his feedback and approach so you get the most out of each session. He is also bloody hilarious and an absolute joy to be around.

I worked with Matteo over a couple of months where we did PT and I joined some of his classes. When I tell you he is the most fun instructor to have that also pushes you! I loved being trained by him 😊
