March 2020 Six nations rugby. Request refund no response request cancellation invoice 2 hours and in my inbox. Been advised by our travel insurance decline claim as full refund should be made by World Choice let's see how long it takes for this to happen now.........................

On 6th March 6 nations Rugby match was postponed, 9th March FCO advised against travel... I bought from Groupon 4 nights accommodation and match tickets package for 13-17th March 2020 Rome, Italy, voucher had to be redeemed with Worldchoice sports. 23rd March WCS sent email stating refunds would be given and nothing, then Groupon said they would only give voucher, My package should be a full cash refund back on card I purchased with on 27th September 2019. This is disgraceful and shambolic refusing customers rights using coronavirus as an excuse to disregard the law which is to refund within 14 days. I will never use these companies again!!!

**UPDATE** I saw your response and after I emailed you, you stated that it is Groupon who has to refund me, not you! so why email me on 23rd March 2020 stating you would refund me?? you could have easily explained that it was Groupon who had to refund me back on the 5th March 2020 instead of yourselves and lying to me since then??

Seven of us had a great time in Paris for the Six Nations game. Hotel was good, cost not too bad and game seats were excellent (shame about the score!) We would definitely look to book again with the company, no complaints.

Me and my friends are just back from a trip to Milan for the derby and it couldn’t have gone better. From the communication from Raj and Patrick to sourcing hotels and tickets, it went a dream. I have no idea how they also made it a 4-2 classic win for Inter!

Raj was able to get Club Wembley tickets for the Community Shield for myself and family (10 of us). He even managed to get 6 and 4 in 2 rows near each other. Thanks again for sourcing this for us, pity about the result on the day.

Just returned from the Begian GP. Tickets for the grand prix were great. The hotel and flihts were spot on to. Want to thank Kate for all her advice when booking.

Used these guys over the last three years to go to the Italian Grand Prix with my family and they are great. No hassle, great communication, went the extra mile for my disabled wife and Sharon is the best adviser you could ever get! Would recommend them for any sports holiday as they can arrange everything for you at very reasonable prices, unlike others who seem to have excessive profit margins in my view.

I had originally approached World Choice Sports over a 6 nations trip, but ended up booking a long weekend in Albufeira for myself & my wife.
I was clueless as to what I wanted, but with Shay's help I found a location & hotel that would suit us perfectly.
When we arrived, the hotel was even better than I expected but what really blew me away was Shay's intimate knowledge of the location & the spot on advice he gave regarding the climate at that time of year. You don't get that off a website!

Overall, it was a brilliant, personal service, I was really pleased and will be booking with them again in the future.

Went to the champions league final in Madrid, had a fantastic experience (better because Liverpool won). Big Thanks To The Worldchoice Sport team for getting us to Madrid and back hassle free. Will be using you guys again real soon.

This was my 3rd trip this season with Shay, Raj and Ponytail Pat, I've been on dozens with them since the 80s and it passed off perfectly with the bonus of the delightful Debbie as the hostess with the mostess.

They are a highly experienced team, Shay has been running LFC trips for decades and he knows the game inside out, their communications were excellent throughout, both before and during the trip.

Can't think why any Reds fan who wants a no hassle, direct trip from JLA would do anything else bar go the Worldchoice Way.

Nice 4 star hotel near Vatican. Decent standard tickets and good staff experience with agents who really know Rome

Great weekend. Just come back from 6 nations. Went as a large group of 6 couples.
We had a nice four star hotel with good goal end tickets.
The staff at world choice were able to advise and had good knowledge of Rome.
Will book again

Back in August 2018 I booked two people for the day trip from Glasgow Airport to the Monaco Grand Prix on 26 May 2019 with World Choice Sports. Looking forward to the trip we booked a non refundable hotel and parking at Glasgow Airport (as we live almost 4 hours from the airport) so we just needed to enter the airport on the morning of the flight and Grand Prix. Was looking forward to the Grand Prix very much! Then out of the blue on 31 January 2019 I received an email cancelling the whole Grand Prix trip from Glasgow Airport and giving a full refund of flight costs. Extremely disappointed I contacted World Choice Sports to advise I was well out of pocket having booked and paid for a hotel and parking. But they just weren't interested in how the cancellation had left me well out of pocket. They offered me a discount on a future booking but how can I trust a company who cancel trips to sporting events. I won't be taking up their services in future, am highly unhappy by how I've been treated and now can't cancel my hotel or parking at Glasgow Airport. Well out of pocket and totally unhappy by service provided by this company!

Went to see Barcelona V leganes with this company. We had great seats as promised by Sharon and the hotel was central. Thanks again!

Just returned from our trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix superbly tailor made for us by Graeme at World Choice Sports! Every single detail was absolutely what we received and we loved every minute! It was full on, F1, Sam Smith, The Weeknd, Post Malone, Guns n Roses, Ferrari World and Yas Waterworld!!! Thankyou Graeme you are a 🌟 thankyou so so much!

I booked for me and my mum to watch new zeland vs Italy in Rome we upgraded our seats and got front row. Patric was so helpful and didn’t disappoint when he said they was the best seats.
The hotel was in a great location 7 minutes waking distance to the metro which took us to all the best places to visit in Rome

The only thing I have to say is people who are flying back from Rome on an early flight the airport did not open until 4.20am so we had a little wait outside. The staff didn’t seem to rush once the doors opened.

Definitely would re book again
