I ordered some work boots on the 23rd April and it took nearly 60 days to arrive I sent numerous emails to Hazel who was customer service and she kept giving me false infomation saying the will arive next week etc and saying they had problems where they supply from but would not tell me. She was withholding information about my boots, I asked to put a complaint in she said she would make a note on the system I said NO give me an email she said she couldnt and then gave me a finance email to message about a complaint because the website one was invalid and she said that to me.

After I sent the email to finance team anyway off her instruction this gave me the write after so many days to get the ombudsman scheme involved, also I checked the company online and it had just Hazel and the directors name on there So i used this information in the final email i sent to her quoting the directors name and saying I will get the ombudsman scheme involved and funny enough my boots was sent and delivered within 24hrs

Shambles of a company and needs bringing to its charges! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Now Into the middle of July and still no refund on my order I made in January but they have the cheek to keep posting things onto there Facebook 😂

Do not order from here!!!!! Scam!!!! My partner ordered boots 16 days ago and we haven’t heard anything at all. When you call them theres an automated message and they ignore your emails

I bought a pair of shoes from here, and they didn’t even last two weeks before they started falling apart. The quality is terrible, especially for the price. It feels like they’re selling cheap, low-quality shoes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—save your money and avoid it.

TOTAL SCAM!! Do not be taken in by this company they are a complete and utter disgrace. I paid £145.30 for a pair of Helly Hansen safety boots and that was the last I heard. No boots no refund nothing despite two online queries submitted and two emails all of which were completely ignored. They should be investigated and shut down.

I ordered a pair of helly hansen boots on the 28th May 2026, I received confirmation of order and invoice and it did state 9-10 working days for delivery, I emailed them on 5th June 2026 asking for an update but mainly I noticed the invoice states I still owe full payment but the money has left my account and had not received any dispatch information, they did email me back that day pointing out the delivery time and that they are delays from Holland but would have dispatch information week commencing 15th June 2026 but nothing about why my invoice states I owe them money when I clearly paid, anyway it is now 1st July 2026 no boots, customer service line is down according to the message and no response via email either
This business is registered as HSNC GROUP LTD, director Hazel Cockle and Secretary Simon Norton, I will proceed further to make sure this company stops trading as it is so unfair that they take someone’s money then blanks them, it’s a shame really if this had gone well I would have ordered more items from them as I have 30 employees
What a big con these people are

Ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago, with 3-4 days delivery.
Wrote in last week asking for an update, nothing.
Just tried calling, quelle surprise, the message saying their customer service line is down.
A shambles.

Paid for next day delivery 4 weeks waiting for Dewalt safety boots still not arrived, they must make them to order, hopefully they are not knock offs from China when they finally arrive. They are supposed to be waterproof so I will test and review.

Avoid this company.

My experience with WorkwearOnlineShop has been extremely poor from start to finish. After placing my order, I received no meaningful communication regarding delivery and no clear confirmation of when I could expect to receive the goods.

More than two months later, I am still waiting for delivery information. Despite making numerous attempts to contact the company by phone, nobody answered and my efforts to get an update were completely ignored.

The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability has been unacceptable. As a result, I was forced to open a dispute through my credit card provider in an attempt to recover my money.

A company that takes payment but then fails to provide delivery information or respond to customers for months is not providing an acceptable level of service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from WorkwearOnlineShop.

Paid for a 1-2 day delivery and received it 4 days later AND I ordered work boots….and received women’s cargo trousers.

When you try to call Customer Services there’s a recording saying they’ve no staff available to take the call till next week!

Clearly poor processes in place. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I ordered some safety boots on 22nd of May and after three weeks start sending emails with no response, then I send them message from different email and all of the sudden I get response saying as they don’t have a shoes yet as they have a delay, as soon when they get them, they will send it to me
That is after almost one month of waiting
Asked for refund and now I’m waiting for a response

Absolute scam. Ordered Helly Hansen safety shoes which never turned up. Received a email saying the item is delayed, as unfortunately stock error on website so had to order from Holland. Still never arrived.

Ordered Helly Hanson boots on the 4th May. Told up to 9 days delivery. It's been a month and no correspondence. I agree with the other reviews these people are dishonest and it's a scam website

Complete scam site. Ordered work boots which was a 3-4 day delivery, now on day 21 no boots have arrived sent multiple emails with no correspondence and the phone line doesn’t work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CONPANY

Based on my experience so far this company feels like a scam. Ordered boots on the 9th May 2026, 4 days passed and still no news as to a delivery estimate. The order status was at processing. I sent an email, gave it another couple of days, no reply, sent another email a day later, no reply. Checked in again on Friday 15th May still processing, tried calling, just missed them the lines closed at 12:30. Tried calling them again today (18th May) they are having a training day and lines are open again tomorrow, order is still shown as processing. Communication is definitely poor. Guess I will try again tomorrow, it's very bad that they happily take the money but then seemingly aren't in a rush to provide the product.

*Update*

I got my boots in the end, but still a long wait with no contact, and when I rang them there was a pre-recorded message to say they were training, the same situation when I phoned them the following day.

When I filed a dispute with clearpay I then got some correspondence and the situation was resolved.

Terrible company ordered work trousers 8 days ago - paid for delivery - I had to ring them and find out what’s happening with my order where the lady couldn’t give me an immediate answer - called back on a withheld number and told me my order was going to be another 4 days basically 11-14 day delivery and wouldn’t refund my delivery charge - joke of a company - bought expensive trousers too

No contact. They don't respond to emails or contact applications. I ordered shoes with a 1-2 business day shipping option. I'm afraid I lost my money. I haven't received a package or any communication from them. They're scammers.

Should be zero. Stay well clear. Delivery date got pushed back week after week. 6 weeks without my order. Luckily paid through PayPal and got the refund easy.
