Ok so I had originally posted a review but I cannot find it now.

I was worried it was a scam but it wasn’t as item arrived today but it was nearly 30 working days. I’m going to break this down into two parts:

Product- this is a 5/5 so far. The moulds were super easy to do, it provided me with a really clear visual of my teeth that looked correct on their really cool cad illustration and the time it took to produce my custom plan was all under 5 days. The aligners that have arrived are of what seem to be high quality, fit perfectly and snug as you expect with the good sounding click as they go on. Cannot fault the company in this area and I have very high hopes for the end result.

Customer service and comms 1/5. This is the only drawback to the company. Ok so I had to wait almost 30 working days not the 7-10 and I did find that really frustrating and not because I couldn’t wait but more because they advertise everywhere including your sale recipe to expect them in 7-10 and so you do get your hopes up a bit and excited so every day after those initial 10 days is an absolute killer, esp if you’re impatient like me. I’d sooner the marketing said delivery within 30 days and then everyone getting them in 7-10 days would just be super happy and those in the 30 days still happy. I think they should also invest in a tracking portal or an app to keep customers informed throughout the journey of their aligners being made, this would reduce a lot of anxiety for most and probably halve the customer service admin hours.

Overall for the price… I genuinely cannot source this service cheaper so for that reason alone I rate the good.

Do not recommend at all please don’t waste your money or time! Customer service with this company is absolutely shocking. When there is an issue they are completely unprofessional, argumentative and rude over emails. They would rather you call if there is an issue than email because they can say what they like with no evidence over the phone! You will wait for ages for any sort of acknowledgment or responses from them when you are highlighting an issue with their product. A company is only as good as their customer service and unfortunately these guys hugely let themselves down on that side of things!! The product did work well but sadly after 6 months of doing the treatment it turned out my retainers did not fit. This is something I raised to overnight smile before I had finished the aligners as I didn’t think it was going to work and I perhaps needed a few more weeks in between or maybe another set of aligners before I could switch to just retainers. Since then I’ve had to do numerous moulds where one of them has been lost and they never even contacted just hoped that I’d forget, I’ve been ignored, wasted £799 and worse of all the treatment has become completely pointless as my teeth are now back to where they were at the very start! It’s entirely unfair to take advantage of people’s insecurities. I strongly believe that their advertisement for their ‘professional’ skills in this department couldn’t be further from the truth and I wish I had just spent more on a proper company who truly want to help people.

Please don’t be fooled by the companies responses to the bad reviews! I fell for this unfortunately as they respond with their idea of ‘facts’ but it is all rubbish to cover their backs and avoid any responsibility when someone holds them accountable.

Bewildered. Would not recommend.

I’m just confused by my experience, to be honest.
Initially something happened with the address - an issue on my end (my phone reverted the delivery to an old address!). I emailed customer service and got a reply almost immediately asking me to confirm my new address and they would change it for me. Great. I replied within half an hour. From then I got no confirmation. I waited a few days, then I sent a few emails which I got no response to for a week. I then changed the title to ‘Scam Product?’ (14th March) And got a reply almost immediately saying someone would be in touch. I advised I don’t want someone to call me - I just want the product either delivered to the correct address or a refund as otherwise the parcel won’t reach me. They came back and explained there’s been a technical error on their end which is why I’ve had no response. Fair enough. They said they would give me a refund and as a gesture of goodwill they would send the parcel out anyway. I was happy with this but said it would need to go to a specific address in order to reach me as I’m in the process of moving so if that’s not possible, just the refund would be fine. However they came back and said to confirm my address and they’d get it sent there. So I did. And again, they’ve gone radio silent. On 19th March I chased and asked where my refund was as I hadn’t received it. I THEN received a shipping email to let me know my delivery was coming… to the very first incorrect address! I reached out again to say this was happening and I’ve still had no response, no refund, and no delivery to the correct address. Sadly, even without purchasing the full product I couldn’t recommend buying this to anyone based on my experience.

I’ve finished my course of 10 aligners…

I’ve finished my course of 10 aligners which were received in the time scale quoted in there terms & conditions not 7 days, customer service has been great and I’m really pleased with the result, not much pain or discomfort whilst wearing them, I now have straight teeth and can smile in pictures, I’d definitely recommend this company if your on a budget

Not a premium customer experience but you're not paying for one

I have finally received and started my aligner kit and would rate my experience so far as a 2.5/5. It's not a scam, you do receive aligners in a nice kit but the company has made so many decisions to make you feel like you're being scammed it's baffling.

The first step in the process, getting the mould kit, is very easy and it arrived 5 days after I ordered it with an extra set of the mould for in case you make a mistake which I liked. They advertised on their website that if you return the mould kit within 3 days you get your £39 back which I also liked (terms apply, more on that later). Other reviews mention that they are not forthcoming with this refund and you need to chase for it (🚩red flag number 1) so I was going into the process knowing this. But that's probably why they can keep the prices low so fine, I'm not paying for a premium experience so I'm not getting one, I understand that. The savings compared to proper Invisalign is still great enough for me to stick around.

I return the moulds within the 3 days, and get my 3D plan 3 days later. You get a bombardment of emails and text messages over the next week saying "Action required: your plan will expire in 1 day!". My plan was set to expire in 1 day or today for 4 days (🚩red flag number 2). I purchase the plan a day and a half after receiving it, but the emails don't stop for another few days, again annoying but fine. I get an email confirming my order immediately. This was Feb 18th.

There's then radio silence. 7 days later I'm thinking I should have heard something by now. The website advertises that unlike Invisalign, this company has your aligners ready in 7 days (terms apply...), so I send an email Feb 25th asking for an update. I get a response within 2 minutes saying the real numbers are 7-10 working days to produce the aligners then 1-3 working days to dispatch them. If the website just advertised "get your aligners in less than 3 weeks!" I'd have been feeling fine, but I was hating the sliminess of it all at this point.

So I just wait. March 2nd I ask for another update, it's not been the whole 13 working days yet but I've not heard about the £39 refund yet either so I'm just looking for confirmation everything is progressing normally with my order. Silence. I send another email asking again for an update on both my order and the £39 refund on March 4th. Again no response (🚩). By March 5th it's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, I scroll through all the negative reviews and I full on believe I have been scammed out of £800. I send an email saying if I don't hear anything by the following Monday (March 9th) I'll have to assume this is a scam and initiate a chargeback with my bank.

I get a call immediately from customer services. Friendly sounding chap letting me know that in the terms it actually says it will take up to 30 days to arrive and since that's in the terms the chargeback would result in them charging me a £199 fine (🚩). But not to worry because he can see my package has been shipped yesterday and I should get a tracking number from Royal Mail tonight (didn't happen). As for the £39 refund, although I returned the kit within the 3 days, and had my comprehensive check up from my dentist with X rays done within the past 6 months (one of the hidden terms), it actually also states in the terms that you also have to buy the aligners after receiving your 3D plan within 1 day (🚩) and I was half a day out. There are usually quite strict consumer laws in the UK about hiding key information in the one continuous paragraph of a terms and conditions page, so I had never experienced this before in my life. I have a defeated wee cry later that night and I email again stating my dissatisfaction with the general scamminess of it all, and get a response the next day that management will see if they might still be able to process the refund for me (hasn't happened).

I then do actually receive a DHL tracking number 2 days after the call. I'm so relieved because it's real! I've not been scammed! The box arrived (just under 3 weeks from ordering) and the kit looks very proper. The box it comes in is nice and it comes with a carry case for the aligners and some extra accessories. The first aligner fits great and if it weren't for all the slimy hidden terms, the thinly veiled threat of a fine and if they were just honest about the actual lead times on the website, this would be a 4 or 5 star experience so far. If you're on a tight budget and if you know you're not getting that £39 back and each step in the process will take longer than advertised, it still could be the right decision for you. Personally, in hindsight, I wish I had opted for Smile White instead and spent more to feel better taken care of but I'm going to see it though now and will update at the end!

I don't have any regrets purchasing from Overnight Smile, and recommend them.

- They have straightened my teeth.
- The cost is much lower than the competitors.
- They resolved an issue I had with a pair of retainers with a manufacturing fault. When I purchased replacement retainers, they called me and offered to send another pair on top for free to make up for the fault.

Overall, I'd recommend Overnight Smile as they work, they are cost effective, and helpful when issues arise.

I highly recommend

I highly recommend. I had 12 sets of trays and my daughter had 10 sets and we both came out with beautiful smiles. Followed everything to a T and it all went very well. Questions were always answered quickly and the live chat was very helpful.

I had placed the order in my name and done the finance in my husbands name to what I recieved a phone call assuring me this had not delayed anything and actually put my mind at ease that they had fixed the mix up from my end, polite agent in the phone reassured me my order is being processed and contact options given up to now ca not fault the company

Round two of leaving a review.

I originally left a review based on a bad experience I personally had with my aligners. I explained the lack of willing to help when my aligners wouldn't fit.

I left feedback based on my experience.
I left an honest and truthful review.

I was greeted with a call the following day asking me about my concerns. We spoke for a while and I was asked if I would take the review down and they would redo my aligners as a discounted rate.

I appreciated the call and they promised that if I removed the review they would email promising me to redo my aligners.
This was the 19th of Jan.

3 weeks on, I have sent about 5 or 6 emails asking for updates. I have called and told they are busy and I'm in a que.

I was told it takes 7 working days, but they would be with my early next week.
I was then told 10 working days but they would be received this week.

Its now 15 working days and I think I've given up. No updates on despatch, no ticket reference, nothing. I just feel a hindrance when I chase and get no replies. Do I really want to part with more money for a business who doesn't seem to care... No, I think it's best I cut my losses. The experience as a whole has been very poor. Im not interested in another call, please don't waste your time. I will forward comms on to trustpilot, so they can make their judgements.

Lesson learnt for me. Lowest price solution for a reason.

Please do your research before handing over any money. There are a lot of similar reviews to mine. £700+ wasted.

Can't fault the experience or results

After 24 weeks, I have completed my aligner treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. It is disappointing to see some negative reviews, as my experience could not have been better. Whenever I contacted the company via email or online messaging, I always received prompt, efficient, and helpful responses.

My teeth are now straight again after my wisdom teeth caused them to shift, and I have regained a great deal of confidence. Although the process of receiving my retainers took longer than expected, once they arrived everything was straightforward and smooth. Overall, I really cannot fault this company and am very pleased that my experience was such a positive one.

I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews as I’m a business owner myself and know how unpleasant and damaging is for a business to receive negative feedback from clients, however, I think this is a serious thing. I don’t want to think that others would approve and go ahead with a treatment plan like they sent me, just because they don’t know that the 2 upper and lower teeth have to form a vertical line. I wonder if they work with an orthodontist at all. I had hopes, as I read some positive reviews here about this company, however, unfortunately, I been dissapointed, and left a bit worried about their service.

Surely there was a problem with the moulds, for which I cannot blame them, yet they chose to go ahead and create a treatment plan regardless—which doesn’t speak about professionalism to me.
