Wordans Arvostelua

I was mistakenly sent the incorrect amount of hoodies. I should have received three large and five xl hoodies. I received 8 large (mistakes happen). I reached out to customer service and had absolutely amazing service!
Ross, from customer service promptly answered my email and had my issue resolved immediately. The hoodies were for Christmas gifts and he was able to get the correct items shipped out to me right away. He was kind, thorough and extremely prompt!I was grateful for all his help !

Thank you Ross for getting back to me right away with my questions for my order. Quick and friendly response for my inquiry regarding the status of my order(s). Much appreciated

I have always received quality products from Wordans. I've only had one small issue but it was rectified immediately. Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing.

Very fast response and delivery. First time ordering and was very happy except I may have ordered a version of t-shirt that is smaller than what I normally wear as a medium. Expecting the same great customer service

Ross made my is the only reason I am giving this 5 stars. I had called previously with another operator who told me they couldn't help and just follow the return link. Ross went above and beyond, providing a solution to getting my exchange done efficiently. Unfortunately his team let him down when he was off for a few days, but Ross emailed first thing upon his return and got us sorted out.

Ross was quick to resolve an issue with a shipping discrepancy. Very happy with the response.

Ross was great!

I wish that shipping could be a tiny bit SLOWER. I made a mistake on the shipping address. It took me only a few minutes (on a weekend) to see the error but by the next day things were already shipped - Luckily UPS was able to it and the package was at then door within 2 days.

Ross was super helpful, and did what he could to make things right on my behalf.

I will order again in the future but be more careful withe addresses.

Ross has been excellent at dealing with and provided help at every step.

Ross was very prompt and helpful with a back ordered item, he gave alternate options and resolved the issue in minutes! Always a good experience with Wordans!

Appreciate Ross’s help with figuring out what was going on with my order. Happy to find out my parcel wasn’t lost and was just returned due to the mail strike in my country. Also so thankful for an easy peasy solution that didn’t take days or weeks to get. Excited to get my order in!

Ross was super helpful. My order was lost in the mail and he correct the mistake and was very efficient with correspondence. Thanks Ross!

I was getting a bit irate because I've contacted Wordans twice about my missing items... someone from customer service Ross contacted me after my 3rd time reaching out and he was very helpful and responded quickly as what everyone looks for out of customer service. He was very easy to work with and because of Ross I will continue to shop at Wordans.

Ross was such a great help! He assisted me with returning a few items I had ordered, and the process was absolutely seamless. I was guided from start to finish. Thank you, Ross!

Sorted out any issue I had immediately and answered within a day very satisfied with customer service and product

Je vous remercie équipes après votre 👍

At first I received the wrong order but Ross rectified the situation for me quick and painlessly
